This place makes junk engines .. bought 1 through Auto Zone, junk... overheated within a month .. replacement engine they then sent right from LKQ has Head Gasget issues with less then 20,000 miles on the engine ... THIS after only standing behind their useless warranty to the tune of a thousand dollars .. cost me over 9000 in all between original junk engine they sold me, all new parts that then needed to be redone as well , plus all the labor of 2 engine replacements .... horrible junk !!!!!!!
Sent my account to collections for a check they cashed 5 month prior. Gave all the info to the collection agency in charge of the account and they got no response also. Will update when an answer is received
Called about 5 minutes before they were closing & lady I talked to ended up being a big C**t! I knew everything I needed to except something about “redlined “(?) & she literally acted like I was dumb when I asked her what she meant by that & told me she couldn’t help me instead of explaining it to me!!!
Had a hard time picking up a part. Due to covid front doors were locked. Phone number directed me to e call center....not much help. Tried a second number and finally directed to the rear of warehouse where my part was waiting for me.
