My husband is the one who interacts with the staff. They always seem fair and reasonable with their prices. Whenever we need a part for a vehicle, we always go here first.
Failed to mention after driving an hour that parts were another hour away at another facility (seems like necessary info during training to know)and two days to get..seems like it could be had same day.. whatever. I won’t be using them. Ever.
This place has a certain vibe that eludes other car fixers/parts persons/auto servicing; it draws you in as you walk in the door. After your fantastic experience with the Service garage personnel, remember to say hello to the resident puppies as they do a great job of welcoming everyone to their shop.
Sent me damaged parts after I specifically told them I didn’t want the parts if there was any damage. Charged me $500 for a damaged part worth maybe $50. Now I have to find a new one. Don’t wast your time here.
Not a very good business to deal with. I called to locate a part, they said they didn't have it but they can order it, I said to order it, so she did and I payed for it with a credit card along with a 4% credit card fee. She called me the next day and said the part is not available anymore so she would refund my money. I said that is fine and thanks for your time. When I received the refund they kept the 4% for the credit card fee. I called back and asked why are you charging me 4% for your mistake and she said that is policy. I said that is a terrible way to do business. Ultimately I was able to get the 4% back but it took me barking at management for a while. I would spend your money elsewhere.
Very poor description on Facebook marketplace. Add said come see at cousineau Appleton wi. I decided to do what add told me only to find after driving 3 hour equipment was not where they said it would be but up north by bosses 3 hours away.
I ordered a part from them and I payed the money after 4 hours I got massage: I wanted to let you know that the fender was crushed and never pulled out of our system. Complete lack of responsibility and complete lack of professionalism
Drove 1.5 hours to pick up a part they confirmed was ready and upon arrival they said it won’t be ready until the following day. They did offer 100$ discount. The gesture was nice but realistically didn’t cover fuel for 6 hour travel time and 6 hours wasted.
Very rude and had the wrong listing online and the part wasn’t even at the yard, was gonna still get the part but it didn’t come with the stuff that was listed, never buy from here!
I purchased a headlight assembly off their website 4 weeks ago, and paid with PayPal that day. It never shipped, so after a week I sent an email with order number to inquire about the status of the order. Never got a return email. Called and spoke to three different people, once being transferred to a dead line, or they took down my information and promised a call back after they looked into it, and I never received a call. I have now left 6 voicemails with different people at this store in 3 weeks of calling, and am still waiting for a call back to receive a refund. Avoid this place at all costs
Used them a couple of years ago for a part and was very satisfied. This time, I had a really bad experience. Couldn't get a call back on pick up of a part I requested to purchase last Friday. Couldn't get a return a call from voice mail or chat message left all of Monday. Turns out part was miscategorized and not even available which I find out today (Tuesday). Wasted 3 days of my time. If you look at their website, very few of the meet our staff listed for the two locations are still there. How do I know ? Well I called most of their extensions yesterday and most were not even the same name as listed on their website. I went to voicemail for everybody..... I called multiple times yesterday. I even left a message with receptionist...no call back. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere until they get things back on track which I hope they do.
Horrible experience! Ordered a part from them via phone call paid for the part online via their link. Was given a day when it would be ready. Arrived on that day in the afternoon to pick up my part and it hadn't even been pulled out of the car yet. They told me to come back tomorrow and pick it up. I explained that I drove 45 minutes one way and have the vehicle scheduled to be worked on first thing in the morning and it needs this part. The clerk didn't care and the best he was willing to do is offer me a refund for a part that was still on his car. Suggest you spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. 0 this is a company of no customer service!
Bought a car part from here that was supposed to be grade A, good working condition but turns out it's piece of crap that should've been garbage and not resell it. I will never go back here again. Wasted time and money. Not very honest business!!! Don't go here unless you want to get rip off. All these 5 stars are probably as fake as this place too!!!

Gave me a motor for my Mitsubishi galant and said it ran nice. When it was delivered it had rust all over with water in the engine block and tried to make me pay for shipping to return it which was almost the same price as the motor. The motor looked like it was sitting for years with snow and water damage: DONT trust this place
Searched for 6 months for a factory radio for my 97 town car. They delivered one to me in under a week. It works great just like they said. I am totally happy.
Brought my wife's minivan here to have air conditioner fixed because it wasn't blowing cold air. Mechanic said all it needed was for the system to be recharged and now works as should nice cold air!!. Awesome work,and would highly recommend their Service. I picked up a part minutes before closing time on Saturday, June 15th. Mitch was done with his shift and could have gone home, but instead stayed to install a tail light assembly on his own time. He had a very cordial attitude and left my wife and me quite impressed with his concern for the customer.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My poor sister bought a fairly new 2015/2016 ford explorer and the ac went out on her within a week and then the transmission started to go causing several other issues. The sales rep has been nice thus far and got her a loner while he said they were going to fix it. Picked it up a week later and still now ac and still did not shift right with loud clunking and burning rubber odor. She called again and had to bring to there to be “fixed” they gave her a loner yet again. The loner shakes while driving and is a vehicle for sale as well. AND IT BROKE DOWN ON HER TODAY!!! the loner did. Leaving her stranded yet again. The sales rep has been very nice but they 100% do not know how to fix vehicles and this is a $16,000 mistake for her and a huge headache. No idea what is going to happen from here. But her family has had enough of a young woman being taken advantage of by a company who claims to sell good vehicles when 2 of the 3 she has driving from them broke down all in less than 3 weeks. Save yourself the headache. Hoping they just offer my poor sister a refund because it’s not worth stressing over a temporary fix that will leave her stranded yet again. DO NOT BUY HERE
Horrible crooked business! I ordered an engine from here off ebay. The engine advertised said that it ran nice and they offer a 90 day money back guarantee. When the engine was installed it was immediately smoking and trying to overheat. Shop performed a combustion test and verified it had blown head gaskets, so I reached out to them. They denied my 90 day warranty because they said head gaskets are to be replaced before installation, yet that was no where in the listing! Also note, I have never been told that I am expected to replace head gaskets on an engine that is listed in good condition! They also said I received warranty instructions with the engine, however the only thing we received was the shipment receipt. They are false advertising their products and do not honor their own warranties!!!
Bought a vehicle from Brandon in the sales department. Communication was mediocre at best. There were issues with the car on the initial test drive which we brought up and he promised to fix them. Brandon told us that they put a new rack and pinion, new inner and outer tie rods and brought the car in for an alignment. Went to pick the car up and immediately noticed a clunk in the steering shaft. Drove 100 yards down the road and the power steering went out. A week and a half later they had it “fixed”. At this point we needed a vehicle and made the mistake of bringing it home. Now a month down the road the car started shaking above 55mph. Brought it to a trusted mechanic who told us that neither the rack and pinion or the tie rods had been replaced, and now on top of it the steering intermediate shaft needs to be replaced which is a $250 part. I tried calling, emailing, and messaging on Facebook to get Cousineau Auto to honor their work and 2 weeks later I can’t get any sort of response. Would not recommend buying vehicles from them as they not only don’t respond in any way but they also don’t seem to know how to properly fix vehicles.
These guys used to be really good. Now it's impossible to talk to a sales person, the phone lines route you to a voicemail. Their delivery as well as transport between their yards is not very good. I wish them well, but am going to wait for a string of good reviews before I try them again.
Ordered an ABS module on eBay for 2008 Porsche, the part was damaged when they pulled it, never informed me. Receive the part in a non-usable condition. Contacted them, sent photos and they asked me what is wrong with it? As you see they took a ripped box, taped it and shipped the broken ABS module.
These guys were fantastic. Made it very easy for me to replace the hood on my Corolla. Had the part I was looking for in stock, right color and everything and then arranged to install it so I didn’t have to tote it back home and do it myself. Very happy with the part and service. Phillip (GM) took care of me on the service side. Incredibly fast service. Got me on the road again quickly. Connor took care of me on the Sales side. Easy to work with, found the part, arranged for pick and move over to service, etc.
Used to be really great for parts. Not so much now. They had a door listed on car-part for $95 in good shape. I called, she tells me $125, PLUS wanted at argue that she couldn't do $95. Even though I have an account there, she made me pay for it before it was pulled.
Went to pick up the door, door had a dent / crease the size of a dollar bill, color keyed mirror was all beat up, and the weather stripping was torn off. Then they couldn't refund me because of a system conflict.
Their sister store in Oshkosh (wallys) is the same $hit show. 5 people waiting in line, and the counter guy is sitting in the office laughing and joking with another employee. At that store I bought a "Grade A" fender, which turned out to have a door ding and the entire bottom was rusted.
Have had problems with both places, but today took the cake. I'll get my parts elsewhere.
