Best experience ever. Best price to, 4 tires swapped out, mounted and balanced. 80 bucks. Got me in the same day I called and they gave me a ride home AND picked me up when my car was ready. Very polite staff, I'll be using Amore for all my future automobile needs
I had a bad experience. The owner kind of threatened me was talking rude to me. They kept my truck longer than they had to my part was covered by the Ford dealership and they never even put my new part on there when I got my truck home less than 24 hours later it was doing the same thing and I had a old man Machanic come look at it. He took it to his shop. He got it started took it to his shop and took all the tape off all the electrical tape they had on there and they didn’t even liquid tape the wires so therefore water to get to the wires and will sort me out again what they did is have my old part on there and it was corroded and everything. It was corroded so bad they kept my brand new part and left my old part on there, and when I got my truck back, they took all my antifreeze out of my car for whatever reason took it all out, then had a nerve to give me a two year warranty on their labor when they never changed my part that was warranty and they did that because they know I’m not from Encanto I’m from Milwaukee. They know I would never bring my car back there so they saw opportunity to take $637 and 40.$37.48 from me.
I had a very bad experience! The only thing I didn't include is there were scratches on both sides of my truck after you moved it. You were very rude to me and kept my vehicle 2 extra days and charged me for 1 of them! I do support small businesses though so maybe after all of these years, give them a try and let me know if your experience was improved.
Absolutely excellent service, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I came in there with an urgent situation. My rim was bent up from hitting concrete on the highway. They immediately got to helping me told me that they might be able to just pound out the rim instead of put on my spare tire. They did successfully pound out my rim and charged me such a reasonable fee. They got right on it and helped me out so I was able to get to work. I truly appreciate them from the bottom of my heart! These are good guys. Thank you very much!
Very grateful for Scott and his team at Amore's. Both of our vehicles went out of commission on the same night - brakes on one and power steering on the other, and neither one were able to be driven. We needed to get them to the repair shop we use, which is about 35 miles away. Scott towed them both for us, one one morning and the other the next morning. He is professional and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone.
He was so kind, went above and beyond for us. Even was kind enough to let our dog in his tow truck and to bring us to the rental car place. Super grateful for his help!!!
They are super nice over the phone and in person. They do amazing work and work very hard and I’ve brought my car in twice. They charge amazing and affordable prices. They’re also quick workers! 10/10 recommend them, and will definitely be coming back to them if I ever have any car troubles!
My daughter had a flat tire in oconto they came could not get tire off. Or even get the spare down so we are 4. Hours. Away we got upset with them and they left her and told me we would not get anyone to get anyone to come out at night to help so I started for oconto but God helped my wife reached out to a church in oconto and the pastor came to my daughter. Aid he not only got the tire and the spare down he rotated a back tire to the front and put the spare on the rear he did this in about 40 minutes they where thier 1 and half hour and then wanted to tow it to thier shop I was called to turn around and go home.God is good and they also would not work on it until in the morning I for sure wont call them again
Fast, friendly service while AAA was still twiddling their thumbs! Towed us 45 miles to Green Bay on very short notice and for a very good price. Driver was very friendly and helpful.
Will not use again in the future. Not only was the hourly rate $850, but after my truck/trailer was moved to an approved safe location they hooked back up to it that night and moved it their yard without authorization. This cost me another $975 on top of their hourly fee. Our drivers will be told to contact another towing company and I will be telling others the same.
He came out in the evening to unload a 8000lb ramp for me on 45 minutes short notice at a fair price and completed the task safely. What more could you ask for.
I had to have my vehicle towed about 25 miles (Lena.to Marinette) because it broke down on my way to work at 7:30pm on a Friday night. I googled and dialed the closet one and a very nice gentleman named Scott answered promptly. He took my info, calmed me down, and handled the situation with an almost hysterical crazy lady (me) very well. The charge on my card was extremely reasonable and the vehicle was towed to my mechanic as requested. The next day he called me to see if I wanted a receipt mailed to me. I would recommend this towing service to anyone 😎😎
Helpful worked rapidly, explained things as he worked, it did not seem too rushed but he got things done and answered any questions I had. Cost of service was reasonable.
