I called for a vehicle part knowing it is going to be used. I was ok with that. The part I called for is known to easily break, especially with the age and that it is constantly getting hot the cold over and over. Long story short I had little hope that they would remove the piece without any damage. They called me back after about 24 hours to tell me the part was ready. Alone and behold it is not only intact, but it is in EXCELLENT condition. A++ Thank You Guys! P.S. it was a radiator out of a BMW and BMW likes to use plastic under the hood.

Very good staff, very helpful. I worked everything out with them over the phone being 200 miles away. Parts i got were better than i thought they would be. Would do business with them again with no hesitation.
After 5 times of removing my engine and doing bearings for $4 a piece for a rod knock I just spent $200 on the cleanest looking engine I've ever seen. I started it up. Sounds great. I got super fast service and with the core unloaded and the new engine in under 15 minutes I was headed back to Neenah a hundred miles away. I'd recommend them to anyone. Engine had brand new spark plug wires, looks like brand new coils my oil pressure light finally works in a good way I'm pretty sure the wires are backwards or something becsuse the engine just runs awesome and when it died because I forgot to plug stuff in the oil pressure light went off with the key on. Had to change the knock sensor and pigtail plug on the O2 sensor and other than that everything else worked perfect. Thanks guys forgetting my almost free car going great it beats everything in sight at 1/4 throttle.
Not impressed drove all the way from Appleton to get there before 5 which is business hours and no one was there and everything was locked up. Now gotta waste to gas to go back up there the next day again but now I know hey better call first cause clearly business hours are just something that doesn’t have to be followed
I called Monday to get a taillight for van, they said they had one. I picked it up, came back home to install...wrong part. Called again on Monday, said they would have one shipped from other yard, I could pick it up Tuesday. Picked it up Tuesday, went home...right part, wrong side of vehicle., so wrong part. Called again, and they said they would have it later that day, I asked about a discount for my time and travel... guy blamed me and said that I looked at part when I picked it up....UH hello I'm not a mechanic, I made that very clear when I picked up part...both times. If there was something that I should have looked for the first time I would think they would have asked (as the next place I called for part did), next time part was wrong was because someone at their facility does not know right from left or passenger side from driver side. All I know is that the guy was VERY RUDE, and the other place I got the part from was not only friendly but 15.00 cheaper.. I want to emphasize that this happened at the Marinette location NOT the Oconto location. I ended up returning the part to the Oconto location..Hmmm..seems these people get their people skills from the lady in the Oconto office. No sorry for the issue, sorry for the mistake or sorry for the inconvenience, just silence while I waited for her to put the money back on my CC..
