Recently purchased a vehicle from here. Dennis was very easy to work with, communication was great, and there were no pushy sales tactics. The vehicle I purchased had a couple minor issues, as expected on a used vehicle, that were taken care of before I drove it off the lot. Would definitely buy a vehicle from here again.
Dennis was super easy to work with and helped me out with my loans as it was my first time buying a car alone. He was also willing to meet me there after hours since I was busy with work when they were open. I highly recommend!!
Review Edited: while we had a great car purchasing experience, the after care has been less than desirable. Dennis had originally promised us he could program additional keys free of charge if we ordered them and brought them back to him. I contacted him after I received those additional key fobs in the mail for him to tell me he didn't have his new programing machine working and he didn't have time "to play around with it" and gave me the name and number to a locksmith that is charging $75. Fair price for the locksmith, but not an expense I planned on when Dennis originally said he'd do it for free. He also indicated he could service the vehicle moving forward and would offer very competitive rates, however did not tell us that we wouldn't be able to make service appointments and that dropping the vehicle off and they would "check it out when they get to it" was how they operated. Even when he's out of town, which is often, customers are not able to call the shop to make appointments or arrangements, making service appointments less than convenient. In addition, we have since taken our vehicle in to our local mechanics only to find that we have mismatched tire sizes that are not the manufacturer's recommended size, causing our odometer to be off as well as $1500 worth of additional issues that should have been noted on the dealer's original inspection and disclosure. If you're going to purchase from this dealer, I would highly recommend getting your own independent inspection prior to purchasing. After a long 2 weeks of vehicle shopping we came across A-Plus through Social Media. Dennis was wonderful to work with, up front and honest. While the used car market has seen some erratic increases in recent years, he was very straight forward while explaining his pricing, fees, and all costs. He referred us to Brianna at Capital Credit Union to take care of our financing, while he took care of making sure my new van was in the best condition prior to sale. The gas tank was full and he even delayed our pick up by an hour so he could replace the breaks he noticed were worn while on a pre-sale test drive.

I took a gamble and bought a high milage Honda Civic from Dennis and the boys down at A-Plus. This has been my commuter car for over a year now. I've had exactly zero problems with it. These guys know what they're doing when they pick their cars to put on their lot. The sales transaction was a piece of cake. Dennis even met me at the lot after hours because I work late. Great place to buy a ride!
