Return took months—refund only after card dispute
I ordered an instrument (odometer) cluster from St. Francis Auto wreckers It arrived on time, but the center screen didn’t work—the same issue as my original. I called and spoke with Shannon, who said to return it for a refund. I shipped it back with tracking and it showed delivered. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the part was there and they just needed to enter it to process the refund, but nothing happened for months. I finally received my money only after contacting my credit card company. Sharing my experience so others know what to expect if they have to return a part.
Never would come here again the man is so rude it is ridiculous if you have someone interested in parts their will be questions ask shouldn’t run a business if your going to be rude over a question about parts rude asl ,don’t ways your time coming here unless you just wanna but a crappy part because he dislikes and will snap if you have questions ,I left I didn’t spend my hard money with this crappy person at all
Picked up two parts today a huge thanks to Bob for being patient while I made the long drive here & on his day off to meet me here so I could have these parts to finish up my sons car. Bob was very kind, helpful & honorable thank you once again.
I advise you to never try buying from this place. You will be met with the rudest service and the most entitled people the parts are also always in terrible condition. Take your business somewhere else to save some headache.
I found a used part they are selling and called them. First they would not confirm until they physically found the part. most places will tell you to drive over while they look for it but this place was a classact in the fact they wanted to confirm the part actually exists!
Then, they actually called me and told me they have it and will send me pictures via text messages, and if I like the part. call them back. They did and the part was in good shape so i called them back. I told them its an hour drive so I'm not sure If i can pick it up today and thats when they offered to ship it! I did not know these places ship and that was fantastic to hear! The shipping price was a little higher than flat rate but it was essentially the same cost as gas to drive there. It was no brainer.
The package arrived the next day!!!!
Now I kind of honestly wish I drove because it would seem these are folks that I want to build a friendship with rather than just buy a part from and receive this excellent service anyway!

I stopped by for a part and I left with it in 5 minutes. Great customer service and very friendly; Bob was very helpful. I'll be stopping by again next time I need a part.
Fixed my Car's 2 year old alternator (bearings failed) for a total of $40 for the Alternator and $20 for the tools to do the job. Alternator was basically brand new with the reman stickers still on the case, so that was a nice find. Owner was a nice guy too, which is always a plus. Would definitely come back to this recycler again!
