I noticed my tire was losing pressure on my way home and searched for tire shops near me. I called and they got me in immediately. The service was super fast and they were very knowledgable. The owner is a great guy who takes pride in what he's built and accomplished, and it shows in their helpfulness and fair and honest pricing. I highly recommend them for your repairs!
100$ for two tire patches, gone here before. Not sure what happened but definitely never going back. I didn’t ask how much because I’ve gone in the past I understand inflation but 100 dollars for two tire patches is I believe way to much! Just lost a customer

Emissions testing is available here and the lady doing it is quick, but the fumes and vapors in the air are super nauseous. I also had the misfortune of having a worker (off shift) take priority over me, after calling in and being told that it was first come first serve. They showed up after me on their day off and I had to wait for them...make that make sense.
They diagnosed a problem, but dropped the ball in communication and intent big time, I already would not return to their service but leaving my car running on fumes in negative temps is just stupid.
The hours for emissions say they do it til 5pm on Thursdays, I stopped in at 4:30 and they told me they stopped at 3 today. You should really follow your business hours of operations. But instead, they were all sitting in the office having a pow-wow. Seems like they just didn’t wanna do any work.
Went in and within a half hour they took the part we needed replaced off, gave us a the cost for the replacement, told us the can put it on when it’s delivered in two days. We were back on the road within a half hour, able to drive, knowing the cost, and when they replacement piece will be in. Would definitely recommend this place every time for not only their fast service but the constant communication and update. Thank you!
I dropped my truck off on September 22. Since that, the owner told me every week they will check it, but he lied. Also two weeks ago, I called the owner and he promised me to check last week on Tuesday. He is not honest. Today November 5 ,2025 I pickup my truck and they didn’t do anything, they just left it outside for 45 days. He is a very bad owner the place is terrible.
Great place to stop for emissions testing. No appointment needed. Easy access off of I-94. Great service. I was in and out quickly with needed documentation.
Was in oak creek for a conference in Sept, and had a low tire indicator come on during my drive up. found oak creek automotive minutes from the hotel. I went in for air in the tire, but they determined it needed to be fixed instead. Honest, reliable service, I would highly recommend.

Duane was my go to guy... but more recently i have seen hium charging exorbitantly for service of my car. When asked he said that he moved my car up the waiting line for the service where i waited for a whole day to get my car back. This was always the norm in the past where i waited a whole day. Will think twice before coming back. Paid 400 plus dollars for a simple break pads change
Absolutely horrible.
I called when my car died and specifically told them it was a Toyota Hybrid. They said have it towed over, there's a key drop off slot.
Received a call the next day and was told they don't work on hybrid systems...
$300 towing fee for no reason. More money spent on towing it to another place.

Attention: Anyone planning to get emissions testing done at this location, take note.
Their website clearly states that emissions testing is available on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, when I arrived today (4/18/25), there was a sign stating they were only testing until noon. I attempted to call ahead, as the website suggests, but was routed through an automated phone tree that just repeated the same hours listed online—offering no real clarification or way to speak to someone directly.
To make matters worse, I was informed that emissions testing won’t resume until next Wednesday (4/23/25)—something I highly doubt will be updated on their website in time.
I understand they may be limiting traffic for logistical reasons, but the website should reflect any schedule changes clearly and promptly.
If you're planning a trip here for emissions testing, I strongly recommend calling and speaking to an actual person to confirm their current hours—otherwise, you risk wasting your time like I did.
I dropped off my Jeep Gladiator to get inspected due to death wobble.I dropped the truck off on a Monday to get inspected the following day. However, the person who was going to complete the inspection did not "show up" to work. Fine, it happens. Two days later, still no updates. So called them to see what was going on. I was told bushings but Bob could not provide any more information. So yet again, I was told to wait until the following day. I waited and called the following day, Bob told me he would call me to update me. Bob never called. I was never given a clear answer. I get that mechanic shops might get busy, that should not hinder communication. I know I am just a customer to you, but to me my car is my livelihood. Unacceptable.
I absolutely loved taking my Jeep here. First time and will not be the last. Duane was super nice and helpful. The repairs were made super clear to me with options and communication was spot on. I love the shop feel! It’s not some automated in and out, it’s people who get down and gritty and get the issues fixed. Would recommend without hesitation and so glad I found a local honest mechanic!
The worst experience ever! After making an appointment for a diagnostic with a woman in the office, I was told I could drop off my car the night before and that my car would be stored inside. I show up and was met by a drunk mechanic holding a beer saying I'm late and that my car would not be brought inside. He was yelling and began to approach me in a treating manner. I advised him that I was told my car would be stored inside. It took some time to calm him down. After 2 days they told me that they ordered parts. I never received a call about what the issue was. I told them I never received a call telling me what the issue was and never agreed to the service for a brake sensor which they wanted to charge me over $1,200 for. I was shocked and said I was coming to pick up my car. They charged me $180 for a hand written diagnostic which said what i already knew from the report I got from auto zones diagnostic. CROOKS! NEVER AGAIN!
I've been using Oak Creek Automotive for a few years now. They always do a great job. Their prices are much better than many others in the area, and they always seem to be able to fix whatever I bring them. They communicate clearly, and are able to offer advice when asked. I trust them with my cars.
I went for emissions testing, which was quick and easy. I decided to have them give me a second option on my brakes as I was quoted $800+ for front and $800+ for rear by Monroe Tire & Auto last Saturday. Turns out my brakes are just fine and will need new brake pads in spring. The problem I was experiencing was tie rod that was about to snap at any minute. I'm so grateful they caught it on time. They literally saved my life. Thank you for your honesty and for getting me back on the road safe. Also, the repair was less than $130 for parts and labor. They also got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I'm thankful I found a reputable and affordable place where I can take my car in the future. I broke down less than a half mile from this shop a couple of weeks ago. It was a real fiasco, but Oak Creek Automotive made it not so bad. Very professional, above and beyond helpful, and a really reasonable price for what I needed. The understanding of my situation was a huge factor for writing this. I forgot the various staff's names directly right now, but they were all awesome! Thank you all so much! If I lived near here, this would be my go to mechanic.
We were a bit nervous to try a new automotive shop, especially for something that we knew would be costly. I was blown away by how amazing this place is. They called us and informed us of what was wrong with my wife’s SUV. They gave us a price and an expected time. They were spot on! Cost was great, and they finished the work when they said they would. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. When we picked up her SUV, the staff was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs. They do emissions as well, which I was unaware of.
Just want to say, if you own a 2011 F150 3.5L Ecoboost and it's giving you a cold start rattle noise, I highly recommend go to Oak Creek Automotive team to get it fixed ASAP. They definitely know how to do the whole timing chain job correctly.
I went to Oak Creek Automotive in order to have the MANDATORY Milwaukee County emissions test done earlier this week. After waiting for 30 minutes in the 90 degree heat an UNMASKED worker asked for my keys. I politely told her that I preferred to move my car in and out of the garage myself. I was told I could not do that. I then asked if she could wear a mask since she was the one that had to move my vehicle. Again I was told no. This business has an UNMASKED worker going in and out of countless cars each day potentially spreading the virus and people wonder why MKE's COVID numbers are so high? I'm extremely disappointed in this business's practices. Get your auto-work and emissions testing somewhere else. *I'm not just some nut that's afraid to get COVID. I happen to be an RN and could just as easily spread the virus to that worker and whoever else's car she enters because she entered my vehicle unprotected
