I was here yesterday for the first time ever. Figuring out how to enter the facility was confusing, but found it. Everything worked out well & definitely paid the most compared to the place on 84th street or Alpha in Cudahy. ONLY thing that sucks about this place is that you drive up into their "garage" like place & there are plenty of nails, metals, anything you could potentially get stuck in your tires because your driving through all this crap literally. So that sucks. Thanks for reading !!

working with her and Lewis they made a somewhat intimidating big yard for a greenhorn very easy. It’s the customer service that makes a difference

Thay are OK for selling sheet iron, but when you are selling Copper, Aluminum, Brass, be on the Look out Thay will lower the price, I just got a price for some sheet Aluminum and Aluminum extrusion mixed, 3868 LBS price 0.65 highs 0.60. Dump the load in there years got paid 0.39cents LB. Lost over $1018.,thay are not a Reputabl Scrap Company. FAR AS I'm concerned, and about 2Years pass, we sold over 6000 LBS of Aluminum Cans one load 0.50S
The staff here was nice and told me what since this was my first time here. The cashier was nice when I got to her. She doesn't handle the money and directly to the what she said was a like a ATM machine to get my cash after she processed my paperwork. I'll be coming here more often as long as they have higher prices per pound for cans.
Just save your self the pain and go somewhere else. I was here for more than 3 hours because they under graded my metal and tried to give me a 1/3 of the price I should have gotten. In the end I didn’t even get full price.
If you have to come here, know exaclty what alloy you have and ask what they’re grading it as and how much they pay before they take your metal away.
Dangerous place! No order on the ground, crane operators are reckless & act like they own the joint

Incredibly large, organized, efficient. An eye opening experience understanding the complexity of recycling equipment. Honest, hard work. Very grateful for everyone's time during my visit.
Came here by default. Went to another recycling yard on Fond Du Lac Ave and it was a complete disaster so I left. Googled near by recycling yards. Glad I did. Got 15 a ton more for my iron and .10 per pound more for my copper and insulated wire than I was quoted at the other place. Thanks!!!
I'm a mechanic and scrapping catalytic converters after replacement I will not go here anymore when you walk in with 2 identical cats from same vehicle one one they tell you is 34 the other is 60 and you question it they then come back and say they are both 34 I walked out got 54 each from waukesha iron and metal so a additional $40
Lady's in the weigh station office know there stuff and are super nice. 5 stars this company is A1 once you deal with them you won't waist your time with the other places
