I recently bought an Acura RL, I’ve been on a few road trips back and forth to northern Wisconsin and back and Illinois and back a few times now and it’s handled pretty well and there has been no issues with it so far I would also like to say the customer service here was amazing they helped me through everything I needed. he fixed up the shocks after I bought the car the next day to ensure it was in top condition before driving it home. I couldn’t appreciate the interaction and the vehicle more thank you for you business and I recommend looking if you’re in the market

I emailed and called about a crack in my windshield and received quick responses and straightforward answers. They were able to replace my windshield the same day for a good price and also made me feel right at home while I waited for the job to be completed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! 100 percent coming back if I ever need anything else done.

My back wheels were making a squeaking noise and I figured it was the breaks. I got their number from a friend and I’m so grateful I did! Max was the person who took care of me while I was up at reception, and another gentleman took care of my car (I believe his name was Rick, but I’m not sure). They were both great! Max was very transparent about the service prices, and the gentleman who worked on my car took apart my breaks and rotors and let me see their condition while explaining what everything meant. I’m not well-versed in the mechanics world, so I really appreciated the transparency. On top of that, they were just both very kind. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Great experience as expected. I’ve been taking my car here for many years and I’m always very satisfied with the quality of work and the great price. I had the bumper replaced after a fender bender and it looks like new again. I also got new breaks, an oil change, alignment and my 100,000 mile maintenance completed.

"For me, I knocked my Honda Odyssey minivan sliding back door off...but they were able to replace the entire door! Also, I always come here to get a fast oil change and tire pressure check. Along with getting new strong working tires. I always get my car cleaned and checked to the millimeter! They even helped scrape off tar from my wheels when I accidentally drove over it and didn't know why my steering wheel was shaking when driving. Very friendly atmosphere from everyone. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years whenever I need body work done on my car. I recently got into an accident and needed my bumper replaced so I came in and they were able to get the parts and start work on my car right away. I had a couple other scrapes and chipped paint on my car but when they quoted me the price I couldn’t afford to get everything done right away so I chose to just get the important thing fixed, the bumper. Only 2 days later they called to let me know it was done and when I picked up my car not only was the bumper perfect but the scrapes and paint chips I had on my car were fixed too! They do a great job, are affordable, and I’m always pleased!

I've been going to Advantage for over 6 years now, and have never had a bad experience. They've dealt with my tires, wheels, brakes, batteries, etc. They are very fairly priced, will take the time to talk you through things you need to know before making decisions, no pressure from them or exaggerating issues. Basically no BS - and very knowledgeable staff (much more so than the service center at my dealership).
While it is a salvage yard feel, and they don't have a dealership lounge area with watered down coffee - You know you're getting honest work, reasonable prices, and getting in earlier than your dealership can schedule you - it's worth the trade-off. I highly suggest Advantage Auto Parts.

Bought a 2007 Toyota Matrix here for a great deal from the owner Max. Have had the car 2 months now and there have been no major issues.
He was very honest with the work done on the car/previous mechanical problems, let me take a long test drive, answered all my questions, did not charge me any additional fees dealerships normally charge, and hoisted the car on a lift to see the undercarriage. Also, all known mechanical issues were fixed.
I was a little skeptical at first that the location had a Milwaukee address, but the shop is on the outskirts of the city in a seemingly safe location.
Will definitely call Max again when I am in need of a new vehicle in the future!
Max and Dan are honest, helpful and kind people.. My car was totaled... They were really helpful with the insurance company.. They realized this was our only car and offer to sell us one from the lot at a Great Price... We went from having no car to having our next car a week later.. They made sure everything was operational on the car fixed the breaks, thermostat, and valve cover gaskets... Even though the car is a 2000 it feels & drives like new...They really were a big help during a hard time for our family... They are GREAT PEOPLE!!! The work the garage did was top notch... I had quite a few problems with my cavalier and went to a dealership that tried to oversell me on things and charge more than the car was worth, then I brought it here. They did amazing, and fit me in on a really short notice. They really care about the customer and the work they're doing. It's not a shop that's trying to just get money out of you, or rush their work. You really feel like they appreciate you, I don't know what I would've done without their help. Max is very kind and helpful, and Ray does great work. I couldn't be more happy and thankful, I definitely recommend going here for anything involving your car!!
