I would never recommend this place to anyone, rudest person and charged the most for one single night I have ever had, made up random charges that I never seen before at a tow shop it’s probably illegal which is why I’m taking this place to court after I pay to get my car back tomorrow. Also only towed my car for parking over a line at my own apartment which I pay $100.00 to park a month. He also charged me the most sale tax he could!!
Cannot believe what the owner just acted like in our tow situation. Single mom with 2 kids and he yelled and disrespected me like I was his child. He gets off on people being mad and was having a power trip the whole time.
What a trash establishment. Zero communication, Zero reliability. The absolute worst I've ever dealt with. Hope they're out of business soon so nobody else has to deal with their subpar and bottom of the barrel service. Good riddance!

Now that they are offering mechanic work, they will see more of me. This is the second time they gave me a price for junking my vehicle,showed up and lowered the price $70, said the catalytic converter was aftermarket. Going with KMK ,from now on Keith is the guy. Gives the price he promised over the phone.
After waiting an hour and a half for the driver to show up he lowballed be $50 less than what we agreed upon over the phone. The driver said he could drop the car right there at the curb and I could get another company to pick it up if I didn't want to take the loss of the $50. This was at 5pm on a Friday night so I kinda got strong armed into taking the lesser money as it would hard to get another company to pick it up at that time of day. Beware of this company's shady business practices. Not reputable.
Great towing company! Called and they asked questions and told me things I didn’t know also came out and towed my car to Waukesha from Milwaukee at a very reasonable price!!! Lolo was great help and walked me through everything! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
