Great place to bring your scrap. They also buy non running vehicles (or running). Anything aluminum or copper.. steel.. everyone's super friendly always quick in and out.. ladies at the front are always very friendly.. must get in the door by 3:50pm on weekdays..they sell good used tires and batteries..
Milwaukee Iron and Metal just recently opened a Non-ferrous recycling center next door at the old octopus car wash. I brought my copper wire and aluminum cans today and it was a very smooth transaction.
Prices are better then any scrap yard in the Milwaukee area. I know this because I've called around for prices and couldnt find any scrap yard who could come close to what they pay me for my non-ferrous materials. I will continue to be a customer and inform all my electricians to go to this place. Thanks for the help
NEW RECYCLING CENTER in Milwaukee for _nonferrous_ metals are located next door at the Octopus car wash. Very competitive pricing. I recently scrapped some copper wire and aluminum cans today and the service was quick and easy. They give you a receipt to take next door to the office to get cashed out. I will be a return customer.
AWESOME! Pays great prices, very clean location, very fast service with a smile. This is a great location on N. Green Bay Ave perfect for all the northside scrapers.

This place is by far the most convenient scrap yard I've ever used. Drive in weigh your vehicle dump your scrap in a pile re-weigh walk up to the window and get paid. Pretty sure they only do sheet iron. I was there a month ago and got $110 a ton. A week before that it was $145.
