I wanted to buy a light for my car, but the customer service was very rude and unhelpful. On top of that, they offered me the part I needed at an extraordinarily high price, much more than it costs brand new.
Spoke with rep about a used battery I needed told me he thought he had some. Then I received a text with picture of the battery which surprised me in a good way. Stopped by spoke with got the battery I needed and was pleased with the service.

Review: I visited Burnham Auto Salvage and was very disappointed with the customer service. Staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the process frustrating and stressful. I expected better communication and courtesy, especially for returning customers. I won’t be returning and cannot recommended this place based on my experience.

Really good place to stop off for parts before you start going down the rabbit hole (Online) hoping you get the right part and a good one at that. This place is friendly and they'll work with you so leave any attitude at the door and skip customer service calls for exchanging parts that are incorrect and overpriced or broke. If thats a hassle you dont mind then by all means do you, or come get the parts you need yourself where you can at least visually inspect and take your time on the choices, hell you might even find more than you stopped by for.

Awesome these guys were not even open for picking parts on Saturday but the guy let me in to get a power steering pump cap for my truck and he just gave it to me

I called to ask about a car they had on FB Marketplace up for parts. I am quite the drive away but needed to know if the car looked stripped down or not, and if most of the car was stripped, then it wasnt gonna be worth the drive. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me as I was talking. I dont see how they want to make business this way. So if you are thinking of calling them regarding parts or questions, dont even waste your time THEY DO NOT CARE.
This will sound like a fake review, but it really isn’t. These guys were awesome! They offered me twice as much for my totaled vehicle than anyone else, they were very easy to get ahold of, and when I asked them to tow my truck from a mechanic’s lot they did it that day within 30 mins. They were there waiting for me when I got there, which is unheard of when it comes to towing. I waited 5 hours the day before for a tow from AAA. I highly recommend these guys!
Went there looking for two new mirrors for my 2006 Chrysler 300 Gray in color! But they only had two red ones but for one hundred and thirty dollars I couldn't resist plus I now can easily be recognized driving my car with the two red mirrors

The staff here is very friendly and offer very great prices. They had what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. There is sufficient amount of space to be able to acquire what you need as well which makes it a lot more convenient.
Called about a steering knuckle, they had one but circumstances prevented me from buying it, they lady on the phone was very polite and did everything she could to assist me and went above and beyond, but she was limited in what she could do as well, but all in all great customer service, hope I get the chance to require their services in the near future
One of the best yards around. Great people and pretty flexible with pricing. Definitely recommend them. Never had a bad experience here and ive been coming here for 3 years for parts.
This place is small but good i would recommend this place. Very comfortable accept its no restroom for the public so u can wash your hands when done so your only problem would b walking away feeling very dirty u have to pay for your items with dirty hands
This is to let everyone know how great Burnham Auto Salvage is. I have a 2002 Ford Taurus. The selector switch for heat/defrost went out. I could not find the part at a Ford dealership or any other auto salvage. I called them and they couldn't help me quick enough. They found the part for me and installed it. The job was well done and I was very satisfied.
I've been calling around to find a tire, 9 put of 10 places have been so rude and made me feel like a bother to them. This call to Burnham's, was much different. When the lady answered, she had a very sweet voice and WANTED to help me. She made my call feel important. The customer service here is reassuring. And their quality on parts is exactly what you would hope for.
Absolutly awesome customer service and very friendly! Great prices and quick work when they changed out my rear tires! I will be coming back when I need anything.
Good people who don't BS you. Fair prices for parts and flexibility. The place is Much bigger than it looks driving by, don't be fooled, they have a nice amount of cars and trucks, import/domestic.

Really nice ppl m I called them yesterday about a radiator for my truck they closed at 5pm but I didn't get out till 5pm they stayed open till 6 4 me really good team nice ppl affordable price. Good job

I would definitely not recommend this place at all. Very rude costumer service they have garbage parts and don't stand by there parts. They sold me the wrong starter rusty parts on it and when i took it back he would not replace it he made me paid for another starter, and then he gave me the right starter after making me pay for two starters. He was very rude after i came back for the other starter. FYI stay away from this place they will rip you off
I went there to return an alternator cause they gave me the wrong one for my Grand Prix GT. They open at 8am but don't show up until almost 9am and then made me wait outside for 30mins while he looked for the correct part. I have no idea how these people are in business.
Horrible experience with this place. First of all, I purchased an alternator from them for a very common car and it was the wrong part. Then when I went to exchange it for the correct part, I arrived there at 8:30am and they were closed yet their sign says they open at 8am 6 days a week. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend Burnham Auto Salvage to an enemy.
