This Place Smells Really Bad Inside Unclean They Have Big Junk Yard Dogs Walking Around There Office Where The Customers Are And That's Not Good For Business
How can they call themselves 7 stars when they can't answer a phone without hanging up on me twice. Just get one or several people dedicated to answering a voicemail. this way one can leave a message for what part thy are looking for get info call the "customer" back with info. might seem like a lot to ask for but it's better than getting hung up on it wait in hold with a message saying "you are important" " to us" ... yeah right.
These people saved my life....they installed/ fixed my window and it was freezing temps outside....they are a salvage yard but the guy was able to fix my issue within 30 mins. Thanks!! Update—- they did fix my window but it broke again two months later-so not sure if they gave me another one or just patched the old one-either way they will fix what you need don’t expect it to last- I went on Amazon and bought a new window switch for $18…
The prices are alright but they left my car a disgusting mess just look at the pictures. Why on earth is there a foot print on the arm rest of the door? No effort to clean it.
I just talked to them. Ask them for a part for my truck. And the guy told me that what they have is what they have. Data inventory, Nathan. And then he proceeded to chew me out and then Proceeded to chew out another respectable scrap metal yard. And that yeard ace auto on 43 Street. Please don't waste your money or time calling this yeard.
I was going to be late for work, so I had a relative to drop off my car to get fixed. The relative said they brought the car in for me. Instead of them communicating with the relative, they said nothing. I called the next day and they said the car hadnt been worked on because they didnt receive authorization from me. They never tried to ask my relative any questions nor did they call me back to see where my payment was (apparently you need to pay ahead but they never mentioned that. Overall, Customer service is horrible. You're a business. Communication is key.
I stopped in to look for a rim as a spare for my 2006 chevy express cargo van he quoted me $95 just for a steel rim I went to there competition wrenched and go found a steel rim for $22 no lie
The prices of used parts and this place is ridiculous I would never ever never prefer any of my friends to this place their parts are like brand new parts but they're not brand new they're used so for them to charge $68 to $84 for a headlight is ridiculous customer service very poor The place is trashy for it to be a scrap yard it's just that bus scrap yard I would never stop there again never
I accidentally backed into something metal protruding from a large garbage bin at my daughter's condo parking lot and shattered the rear window of the mini van ... I thought oh man this is going to be really expensive and frustrating to get fixed ... after doing a search on Google Maps for auto glad repair , I called a couple places near me and it was already proving to be a difficult task just to get pricing ... a saw Seven Stars listed and honestly I had no idea I could get my rear window replaced there ...
I called to get pricing and was quoted just over $200 (installation included!!!) .. they are full for the day but I was directed to come in the for following day, no appointment needed ... I brought the van in about an hour after opening , and being that I was told I would be waiting about a hour and a half or so.... I came prepared with work to busy myself while I waited.
I didn't even get very much work done as they finished the installation very quickly!
All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They gave clear instructions to follow so the glass would dry properly and not fall off.
I was also able to purchase an additional part I had been needing to get.
I was very pleased with the service, the pricing and quality.
I definitely recommend you give Seven Stars a call on your in need of audio glass replacement!

The parking lot could use some repairs, but most times you can find what you need here for reasonable prices. The owner "Miki" is still working there, I'm just wondering why the strong mothball smell inside?
I Needed A Broken Window Replaced. I Called First To Confirm Availability, They Responded Quickly & Were Courteous. Everyone I Interacted With Was Kind. They Answered All My Questions & Repaired My Window In Less Than 2 Hours. As Promised, They Followed Up When My Repair Was Complete. Their Fee Was Over $50 Less Than Another Salvage Shop.
My interactions, both on the phone and in person, were great. Mikey is a sweetheart and was very helpful. The man at the front desk, I can't recall his name, is a little gruff, but he is a nice and just gets straight to the point. Th gentleman that did work on my car, I didn't get his name either, was very nice as well.
It was dusty, but it is a salvage yard so that is to be expected.
They're slow as heck. I called in for a part, they have it but it took over 30 minutes so I left. It plenty other junk yards in the area with some items better prices. Seven Stars are only about the bucks. If you buy a window they ask you several times if you have someone to put it in. The lady asked if I wanted a water then said it's $1. I'm only interested in autoparts.
Unreliable - do NOT take your used cars here for salvage. Mark gave a price over the phone, then refused to honor it when car was brought in. Try Auto & Scrap Recyclers or others instead.
Rude phone service. I called to ask for a part she said in a rude manner that did not have it and hung up instantly as i was going to ask for another part. Definately terrible and disrespectful service.
One of my worst experiences ever.... called ahead to verify the part I needed, was told they have it ready and it would be $125.00. I drove to this place and arrived to find out it's the WRONG part which they have and WILL not have the part I need for 2 days. Told me it would he $200.00 for the part. Very very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I won't ever go back there Nor will I advise anyone to in the future. Waste of time
The worst salvage yard in the City. The young guy at the front desk attitude is horrible. The act like he wanted to fight because the part wasn't any good. I had it checked twice. Very Rude. I will never after 25 years shop with them Russian again. Never!!!!!!!!!!
It is a salvage yard, what do you expect, five star hotel service. Treat it like what it is. What I mean by that is, Be respectful. Learn how to talk w/o getting upset-no matter what! Have some understanding of the business to that will assist in working a problem out,putting the ball in your court. Ezer said then done but works. If they aren't 'crazy' try this approach.

I just called today Thursday March 20th and this jerk off tells me to check back Monday because he closes in a hour. Not Friday but wait all the way til Monday just to find out if you even have it. Which by all the reviews you most likely do not!!!
