I called to see if they had a car part and was told they did but when I got there, they didn’t have it. I traveled really far and it was a huge inconvenience!
Great service. They answered my online request within minutes. Thanks to the nice lady I met at the counter picking up my part later. Which was also a delightful experience, they took me in the yard right away to look at the part, it was loaded in my truck 5 minutes later. I will definitely call them first next time i need something.
Please go some were else, the lady is the only person ho treat you like a human other then that u will have bad experience all guaranteed you, and good look if ur trying a warranty they will try everything possible to not give u warranty on ur parts 0000
I’ve had 3 horrible experiences with this place. 3 chances I’ve gave to this place and every time I was let down. First off they have 2 old guys in the front who seem to hate their jobs. Always grumpy and talking with no care or respect for the customer in front of them. But let’s talk about the experiences I’ve had there. First time going there I went to get a fender that they had on their website. It was listed at $70 and when I went in to ask for that specific fender the price came out to $150. I showed them the price they had on their site and all they had to say was “that price is incorrect”. I left without the fender and a bit annoyed obviously. Second time going in I called before hand and asked if they can have a radiator core support cut out for me. I was told that they would need me to pay before they can start on that. I live an hour away in Madison and wanted it out and ready before I got there so I could just pay and leave but they would not do that at all without payment first. I agreed to go in and when I got there I was told “our workers are out fishing today so we won’t be able to have it cut out today, come back early next time and we can have it cut out for you”. They open from 8am-5pm. I got there at 12pm. That leaves 5 hours that they could have cut out the core support, not to mention there was no customers in there at that time. Absolutely ZERO customers. Third and LAST time going there I went to get a side mirror. Simple. A side mirror I had looked up on THEIR website which confirmed they had in stock. I drove an hour again to get the side mirror. When I got there I went inside, showed them the specific side mirror I was looking to get and paid the $43 for it. I was told it’ll take 1 hour and 30 minutes to take out the side mirror. 1 HOUR AND 30 minutes for a side mirror removal. Give me a screw driver and 10mm socket and I’ll have that side mirror out in 5 minutes. Regardless I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and when I went back to the place they said word for word “we have to refund you, we don’t have it”. I drove 1 HOUR to get there. Waited 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. Total of 2 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES for a side mirror just to be told “we don’t have it”. It was confirmed to be on their site. THREE TIMES I’ve gone there THREE TIMES I was left disappointed and disrespected. This place doesn’t respect their customers, their customer’s time, and their own business. Don’t waste your time with this place. You’ll find better prices else where and they won’t waste your time. If I could give this place a 0/5 I’d do that instead of the 1 star.
I called yesterday about a part, I was told a price and confirmed the price twice. I called today and I’m told a Price that’s higher than I was told just yesterday and the person I spoke with was so rude and dismissive. Horrible service.
great local junk yard to work with. Always fast and friendly and have what they say online. Not like some other local junk yard that false advertise online!
I’d like to give a shout out to Bob. I called about a rim replacement, but I was informed the shop was going to close shortly. The next morning I arrived at 8 am, given I had too have the tire shop put the tire on and be to work by 930. He left notes at the front desk and the rim ready for pick up. Also, he did some research and lowered the price of the rim for me just to be fair. The front desk lady was very pleasant as well. Also, it was the cleanest savage shop I’d ever been too. If you are in need of some automotive parts, I recommend you start here. Thank you Ace, you guys made my morning a breeze.
I can’t even count how many places I called looking for a used tire. Not only did Ace have one and got it out for me, but I then decided against it and asked about a used spare. Tom called me back multiple times while I was deciding on a full size or a replacement spare. I went down and picked it up. They were all very nice, even took the tire out to the car and put it in the trunk for me. Will be calling them first from now on! Great experience!
We were told by 3 different glad company's that they wouldn't fix our window because the glass was too hard to find. On a whim my husband stopped into ace, and not only were they polite, they had our glass and got it to us quickly and at a great price! Absolutely recommend.
I got a part that I couldn't find anywhere else and at a good price. I had a great experience with the folks at the service counter and will recommend Ace to my friends
These guys are amazing! I had found myself in a situation where I needed a pair of rims & no one in town had them so I called Ace & Mark on the line found me an affordable pair & had them ready for pickup the next day, I can't recommend Ace auto salvage highly enough, lifesavers!
Had parts I needed. Prices were fair service was quick. The lady at the front desk has a very nice sweet demeanor. Guy who brought my parts to me was cool. Would recommend.
I will give this place less than 1 star if I could. Very rude and disrespectful the guy talks to cold like if you owe him something. I would never go back there again. They owe me money and because I lost the peace of paper that they hand written on it what they owe me they won’t give the store credit even tho we have an account with them they didn’t even mark it on the account that we have credit with them. So unprofessional.
Very unprofessional specially the guy sitting on the front desk, wasnt helpful or respectful. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. Only giving them 2 stars because only 2 people were willing to help and were respectful. Most were rude and showed attitude.
If i could have given 0 stars i would have! 1st off i called for a rear strut, giving them the make, model and VIN, and was sold the wrong part. I came back the next day and tried exchanging for the right part. Since they didn't have it i then requested a refund. I was then told I'd only be getting 50% back. They made the mistake and i have to come out of my pocket$50??? They refused a full refund, but more importantly they refused to own up to THEIR mistake! So I'm left with half of what i spent and they had to nerve to ask me to consider shopping with them again! The moral of the story, don't spend your hard earned money with this company and their incompetent employees, you could get the wrong part and have to pay for their mistakes. Customer service is non existent here. Keep your money and spend it somewhere reputable.
They didn't have what I was looking for, just missed it. But service and assistance was great as usual. I've bought used tires there last year and have sent others.

What ever services you need call Kristy. She is very polite and professional. She will handle anything and everything which such kindness. I called needing my car junked and they were there ASAP. Very friendly. Outstanding customer service. I Recommend this place to everyone.
Every person that I had contact with from this business was extremely courteous and acted like I mattered. It was less than an hour from the time I called and was quoted a price until the time Mark Jr. picked up our car. He was so kind for a young man and looked professional!! That's for getting that junker out of my life my only wish is that I had called 6 months earlier!!

Then went above and beyond to locate another part and also installed it for us.

Called them to see if they could help me with some tires, person on phone was friendly and extremely helpful. I was even able to get a total cost estimate over the phone so I would be prepared.
When we arrived we were promptly greeted and helped. They put my new (used) tires on quickly! The tires look awesome, almost new! After calling around to at least six other places they had the best price for the pair of tires, mount/balance and disposal of the old tires. Thank you! I will be back in future when my truck demands it!

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Initially I went there to get a 16" rim. They had the item I wanted; while a staff member was retrieving it, the desk clerk asked if I needed a tire as well. I didn't know they had tires and did tire mounting. Fortunately he asked me because I needed a rim, tire, and have it mounted. Had he not I would have had to go to another store for the tire and mounting. That definitely saved me time and money, so thank you. Ace Auto Salvage was better than expected. When I need parts and service again I will return!
I was impressed by the service I received. My boyfriend and I were trying to sell them our van which had a lein on it from a previous owner. Once we had the issues cleared up we had cash in hand within minutes. Professional and caring employees.
