Pays the lowest prices in town when buying scrap nobody here has a clue what's going on or what the other person's doing , this place buys your iron car trucks and busses dirt cheap and resells the iron to bruce street just go there right away, price of auto parts vary depending on race color and gender, and are very expensive either way, owners dont care and have bad attitude, just avoid this one, place has gone down hill in the last 2 years , old clientele has gone elseware suspected new management may be the issue
Called for a part , guy says 50 I pull it myself i advised him they are new for 45 and he says ohhh there you go and doesn't offer a fair price. Dooshe
Submitted a form for a quote online and didn’t hear back. Called and was able to get a quote and they said they would pick it up that day and did not. Called back and the person was extremely disrespectful and actually hung up on us. Ended up going with another company.
They put me on hold for 25 minutes I hung up and redialed and they picked up immediately. Not sure why they forgot I was on hold the whole thing was a little excessive.
Always in and out. The guy at the front is always cool. The little Hispanic guy that handles copper and other materials is very rude. I would be willing to give more stars but customer service sucks literally bc of him in my experience so far.
I've always used this auto scrap yard if they had the vehicle out in the junk lot. Walk in and take your own parts out unlike other rude attitude places like Roz Auto.
They have fair prices! They don't treat you as if you're some type of way because you recycle look at it as if it were a side job! Overall I think they're pretty nice establishment
Poor professionals I called to check the price of an automatic transmission the person on the phone was rude he didn't even knew the mileage of the transmission and he rudely hung up on me without knowing if I wanted to order the part, he was not in the motivation of selling it was my first and last experience.
I called like 3 times and all 3 times the person would pick up the phone and hang up on me. Very rude but I should of read the reviews before I even called
Spent the entire morning taking off a fender to a 1994 Roadmaster, went to put my tools in my car; came back and one of the illegal immigrants taken the fender...and had it crushed..He watched me take it off all morning..When asked he said" no los'e". This place is a joke..Never again would I go there
Horrible service. I called To verify that they had the tires I needed, they said they had it. I waste 30 minuets of my time and gas coming for the other side of town just for the to say they actually don’t have it. On top of that they want $50 for a used tire when you still have to take it to get mounted and balanced. You can go to a used tire shop and get the tire, get it mounted balanced for $45. They a rip off. Never will I go back or recommend anyone to go here.
Called 10 Salvage yards, easily gave the most for my junk car and even picked it up within 1 hour. VERY GOOD SERVICE. From the other reviews I read i was hesitant, but the guy on the phone was nice and more than fair. You may have a good or bad experience just remember this is a scrap yard they tend not to be very direct and straight to the point so don't take it personally. just do your business and move on.
This is a weird place. It’s like they have attitudes that you are spending your money there. I’m not sure how they come up with their prices either, different people told me different things. Very confusing!!!
These guys are the worst...Don't sell your metal to this comany. I got $64 for copper i sold them. Miller Compressing would have give me over $100. State needs to investigate Auto and Scrap recyclers. This is a rip off company
My cousin was zapped by the fence during our visit there and when he informed the guy running the office he was told we should not have been back there.... Problem with that reasoning is we were sent by them to that part of the yard to get parts off the car we were looking for. A simple apology really does go a long way these days and being a jerk definitely leaves a lasting impression.
The first time I called asked the guy if they take t.v.s he said no that was that.I called a second time I called an asked him can I just come there and bust up the T.v.s he didn't let me finish my sentence he said he gonna call the police if I leave the t.v.s I we wasn't even going to leave them shake my head. I wouldn't recommend the place phone service is poor. Plus when u do go there its glass all over the ground hope you have good tires
No instructions or signs directing you on where to go or what to do - they just yell and ask what you're doing. Had little kids working there and handling the payments and receipts. It was a very odd and disorganized place and not somewhere I'd trust. I'll definitely not go back.
