I could have found my battery for less somewhere else, but I'm very happy with my decision. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, installation took like ten minutes, and I'll definitely be back. Thanks!
People beware of the schemes and scams performed at this location. I went to get my fob tested on 12/13/2025 and was told that the fob battery was dead and so the young black female claimed to have given me a new battery which still did not work. So, a few minutes later she said that she wasn’t getting a signal from my fob and that I needed to order a new fob. Then, the young black guy came out and said that I needed to order a new one. So, I went to another location in Menomonee Falls and the guy gave me a new battery and now my fob works just fine.
I brought my car in for a new battery installation. It turned out to be very tricky, but the technician kept at it and got it done. Pleased it all worked out.
Good place, variety of products. Not sure if they still have the lifetime replacement deal for watch batteries, but if they do, it’s an excellent deal.

I recycled 3 20-50 ah lithium iron phosphate batteries here last year and the customer service was great. However today I came to recycle one and the guy at the counter was rude and told me its too big. He refused to recycle my battery that is smaller than a car battery saying its too big they only accept small drill batteries nothing larger?They advertise they recycle these batteries online. I just called a different batteries plus that says they will take it but now i got to drive to another part of town thanks to incompetent customer service.
Great service at the store in Glendale WI. The sales associate helped with choosing a new car battery and then installed it on the spot and disposed of the old one. Much easier and less expensive than my local Toyota dealership. Batteries Plus is definitely the best place to diagnose battery problems with your car and then buy the new one.
Went in to get the battery for our car replaced. Waited for no time and the service was excellent. Staff member was super helpful with guiding us in which battery to get and then installing. Such a great experience, would definitely recommend!

Needed two batteries for an electric gate controller. Important because I have two dogs and if the gate doesn't close they could get out and lost. Batteries were in stock and I was able to pick them up and get the gate fixed quickly.
It was the classic story, temps were below zero and my 5 year old car battery didn’t start. Finally we get my car jumped and I headed straight to this Batteries Plus where Sean tested and replaced my battery in a matter of minutes! I’m so thankful for all his help in my stressful situation
The manager Sean saved my day when my car wouldn’t start. He loaned me a portable jumper and taught me how to use it, successfully! I highly recommend Sean and this store!

Tre was very professional and polite and put my battery in in a timely matter. Spoke to him before I came to store and was even pleasant on phone as well that's what made me choose to come to this store instead of Auto Zone
I scheduled an appointment on Saturday, July 13 at 4:30 pm at the Batteries Plus - 5474 S 27th St. for a phone battery replacement. I arrived and checked into the store at 4:00 pm. The cashier told me that the tech left 30 mins ago. I drove 6.4 miles and arrived before my appointment time and the tech leaves nor call me. The tech told the cashier that a 4:30 pm appointment was scheduled, but still left the store, that’s inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was very unhappy and dissatisfied with the non service that I received. The cashier said to keep that same appointment for tomorrow, but by tomorrow I would not have use of my phone because my phone’s battery was draining fast! So, I called the Batteries Plus location at 6150 N Port Washington Rd. And I told Trey about the situation and he said they carried my phone battery and I could come in as a walk in. I’ll have to say Trey and his manager made the situation better. Now, I can say I’m happy and satisfied with my over and beyond service. Thank you.
I took 4 watches in to have batteries replaced. It was quick and easy. And because my husband had bought lifetime batteries the last time, I had not charge. Person who did the work was friendly and efficient.
Needed a 377 battery for a small desk clock. Unit was open with the small hole for the battery. Wanted to charge me $22, I asked why, he said he had to “install” it. It took 5 seconds. Then said he could charge me $14 and throw in warranty.
I walked out . There are 6-8 packs of these on Amazon for $5.99. Got a 2 pack for $3.99 and free shipping

I bought a battery for my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in July, 2023. The supervisor at Batteries Plus installed it. A few weeks later, I started having electrical glitches in my vehicle with it stalling slightly and a window going down automatically with no warning.
This became much worse when my van almost stalled in downtown Chicago expressway traffic twice when we were coming back from vacation in August. I had my van looked at and it was eventually discovered that the person who had installed my battery lost a piece from the wedge that clamps the positive terminal to the battery. With diagnostics and installation, the new positive battery terminal cost me $291 (more than the price of the original battery.)
I took this information to the store and spoke to the supervisor. She said the manager was on vacation but would call me the next week. Never happened. I called the 800 number and spoke to a representative. She gave me an email to submit my information to, but I have not heard back from them.
If you are willing to risk that your battery be installed improperly, by all means go here. If you stall in rush hour traffic because of this, you are on your own. I will never go back because they have lost my trust and respect.
One friendly worker checked the battery's i brought in and said they just needed charging for a few days. When I picked them up a different worker said one was bad and needed replacing. I brought them both home anyway and they both worked fine.
In addition I was charged $22.00 for a key fob battery that when another customer came in for the same battery she complained about the price and the worker said it was really $6.99, but a lifetime guaranty would cost $22.00. They lady complained more and the worker just gave it to her for free.
The store manager lady should not even be an employee let alone a manager. Shes the single worst customer service representative ive ever talked to. Let me be clear here, i work with other batteries plus stores regularly and they are great. I thought i would try this location and she was not only giving incorrect information but she couldnt have been ruder that the same time. I will never come back to this location again strictly because of her. The menomonee falls and pewaukee employees have always been great.
Usually have found staff helpful and kind here. Not today. Asked a question about a battery and she read off its uses from computer. I asked another question about the battery and she said she’s the store manager so everything she says is correct. I wasn’t challenging her knowledge about the battery I was just asking about what it could be used for. I’ll take my $200 purchase elsewhere next time and I spend at least that much at this place annually.
Don't feel like they were very professional in appearance or mannerisms. No one was to be seen when first walking in and there was a staunch smell of cannabis throughout the whole store. After a minute, one person meanders to the counter from the back and was able to assist me. They told my wife on the first visit that they couldn't replace the battery because he was the only one there, even though he was no where to even be seen when first walking in. At the very least, he did offer and did take the battery to load it up in her car but at that point, might as well have replaced it. But he may have done me a favor to let me install it myself because when I returned the core, based on his service, I would not want them touching my car for any reason. Store was clean otherwise
I came in Sat. 8/21 to get my remote car keys and a couple watch batteries changed and they got it done quick. It got very busy with calls and people coming in for various things. Shawn and the other worker (can't remember his name? He was great though) were working hard and serving everyone. Also, they helped figure out how to replace my bluetooth speaker battery. It wasn't an easy job but they helped problem-solve and figure it out. They were very professional and helpful.
I just want to take a few minutes to thank Tyler and his staff for the customer-care and customer-friendly service that they afforded me on yesterday. Contrary to the popular stance, I am one who keeps the iPhone for the duration of its due worth. Therefore, I needed the battery replaced in my iPhone 5. Tyler did this with the expertise that rivaled installation at the Apple Store and at a much lower price when you make the appointment Online along with a year’s warranty. (Can’t beat it) Kudos to Tyler and his friendly accommodating staff. I have recommended to my sister and my friends to go to the Battery Plus in Glendale, WI for their battery work: good skills and great service. Thanks Tyler, my phone is working like a charm!
In addition, though the store was very busy, the staff acknowledged each customer who entered and told them that they would be with them momentarily. Now that's good customer-care.
I set up and online appointment for a cracked iPhone screen replacement easily based off of the recommendation of a coworker. I was pleasantly met by the technician at the store and was told my phone would be done in about an hour. When I returned to the store just over an hour later, the technician informed me that it would take him about 15 more minutes to get my phone put backed together, and asked if I wanted to see exactly what he was doing with my phone. It was really awesome to be able to discuss the work he was doing and see exactly what the process entails. Another customer came into the store and he apologized and said he was the only one in the store that day and mentioned it would likely be a little bit more time before he’d get my phone done, after apologizing profusely. I ran a few more errands and came back about a half hour later, and the technician was finishing up my phone. He again mentioned I could watch him finish the work on my phone. We pleasantly sat and chatted about school, the Bucks and the weekend as he finished up. Service was GREAT, and my phone is back to perfect working condition! Cudos to this location. Two thumbs up!
