  The work done to my minivan was good. However, there were a few delays with getting the work done. Some of if was due to a parts shipping delay. Some of it had to deal with the company getting back to me in a timely manner. Also, once I received my vehicle back the alignment was off, and there is a wobble in my front left tire.

  Horrible service!!! They driver damaged my car while towing it to be fixed and the owner kept lying saying they had pictures of the damages but NEVER showed us the pictures!!! Then it took them 6 days just to replace a starter on my car the owner will give you the run around and lie about everything!!!

  I wanted to rent a UHaul truck one way from Chicago to Milwaukee area but wanted personal help instead of booking online. The gentleman that helped me was fantastic. He took time to determine the best place in Chicago to pick up the truck, helped me understand the reviews of local movers to load the truck and printed out all the information in addition to emailing/texting me the info. There was a sign on the door to call if no one opened the office door. When I was in the lobby, he communicated with me that he was in the warehouse and would be right there. A little bit of a wait, but the service I received was outstanding.

  If you have reserved a U-Haul to be picked up at this location, you need to switch your pick-up/drop off location. You will arrive at the location, there will be no one there to help you, and then you'll be on the phone with U-Haul customer service to find another location. Tried calling the number on the business' door, went straight to a full voicemail. Tried knocking on the window where the employees were, no one answered. Please avoid at all costs.

  Horrible service. Very unprofessional. Lie about everything! The owner will make it sound good like your car is getting fixed but no one never touches it. My car was sitting there for 2 days for a battery to be replaced and never been looked at but he kept telling me they were working on it. Do NOT go here they are liars and will not fix your car.
