I called them this morning to pick up a car that we just could not get running. The man asked for the make, model ect. along with what was wrong with the vehicle. Within 1 hour possibly less, Louie came out to get the car. They were fast, professional, gave me a decent price and most importantly removed the car for us. I'd highly recommend to anyone that needs a car towed with some extra money in their pocket! We will definitely utilize this company again! Thank you guys for being so great!

To start off the Driver ran over my yard and shattered my light in the yard, When i confronted him about it he looked back and kept silent like he didn’t notice or do it, continued to offer me 150 less than I expected because he claimed I didn’t have original kats, after all of this I was still going to accept the offer as long as he would give me 25 more for running over the yard which he replied no my offer is the best I can do. And then went on to tell his boss that he offered to pay for it which he didn’t.The boss said he would replace it and it’s been over a week of failed promises, I would not recommend anyone to this place. The Driver also tried to pressure me to do the sale at that time (Friday) because he said it might not be worth as much as they offered by Monday even though they don’t send drivers out Saturday and Sunday and then the boss continued to tell me after I complained about the yard that the price would be good until Monday. business full salesman who don’t honor there word. 11/2/24
(Edited) on top of all of that the owner called my cellphone very upset about the review given and didn’t try to fix it or act calmly about the situation but instead starts yelling at me angry about the review. I hung up because I was not going to get yelled at or interrupted and disrespected by him saying NO LISTEN TO ME, so he continued to call me I can not believe any of this. pictures of call log added. 11/2/24

Louie and Johnathan were absolutely amazing and fair priced they came when I needed them most on the spot got to me as fast as they could and were very communicative I had no doubts at all I picked the right company to help me out! I also forgot to take my plates off and Louie made sure to take them off for me Johnathan was all for bringing them back to me even after business was handled! Be advised...this guy will tell you the catalytic converter is gone....I didn't look...not cared as it was a dead vehicle. All those who use this guy...check underneath...
I had an old car that they promptly picked up. The process was very easy and quick especially given the bad weather. Would recommend if you have an old car you are trying to get rid of/moved.
I chose this company to help with salvage of a car based on their proximity to the vehicle and their great reviews, and I was not disappointed. Although no one answered when I first called, they responded quickly after I texted. The person answered my questions about a flat tire and having a key that only opened the door without starting the car. An appointment time convenient for both of us was made for the next day. I happened to come early and the tow truck driver asked if we could meet a bit earlier (to avoid sone possibly heavy rain) and he brought the truck over promptly. After taking a pic of my license and my filling out the title, the process took no more than 10 minutes and I was paid in cash. Great communication and conscientious work--would deal with them anytime!
They came just like they said over 60 miles to get my dead truck !! payed me the cash on the spot and left !! the owner came he’s a really cool guy we shot the breeze while he was loading HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
