Only place I have been where the radio to make contact is ignored, you can be here for an hour, and when you see someone, they pretend you are not there. This location needs someone at the desk to assist customers.
Bad service, can’t communicate with people. I came from Florida, copart gave me this place to call to help load the boat. The reply was we are not interested, (in a $800 in hour work). Good luck with your business buddy!!
CoPart is a great place to do business, unfortunately diss yard has a new yard manager, who was so rude and had no knowledge of what to do when items are missing or stolen from cars, I wish the old manager would still be there, because clearly diss guy has no clue or idea on how to be a manager!!
I’m a Hotshot transporter and I have been to many Coparts. This one is actually pretty great. The forklift driver already had my vehicle pulled and loaded quickly. So he has an efficient plan of work. He has all his vehicle assignments ready and once he has loaded one he goes back to his sitting vehicles to line them up for his next job. That’s impressive in comparison to other auctions and their staff. I believe efficient employees can make a company great.
I hope this place will get shut down soon. And everybody’s gonna get fired such a poor treatment of customer service. I’ve been waiting for loading for more then 50 minutes. And they just keep loading cars for trucks which came after me. I talked to the loader. I talked to the customer service. They don’t care and manager says go sit in your truck and wait when I’ll have a time I’ll talk to you on believable customer service when my dispatcher call they told him to go and select the loader. Horrible experience.
7/16 Our system is down 7/17 They took it your car to a different location 28 minutes away. This is a lot to go through after my car was stolen and recovered and I just want to get my personal things. Additionally, the staff at this location seem a little lost on being friendly. Hopefully the other location can do a little better.
They cracked our car windshield and refused to take accountability even laughed and become defensive! Very unprofessional I would never recommend them I wish I could give 0 stars smh
My windshield was cracked while dude was transporting my vehicle from the yard to the front— I didn’t notice the crack til I was already on the north side near the auto body shop that fixed my vehicle. I reported the crack in my windshield 1 hour after leaving the yard as it takes 30 mins to get to auto body shop and 30 min back—These pictures were taken at the yard before I left && the GM Jeff laughed at me and told me I should have reported it before I left the yard… & said he couldn’t see the crack in the pictures — a small fine crack in the windshield is kinda hard to see especially when it’s raining— but you can clearly see the crack in these photos.
You buy a no damage clean title car for $60k from this location but don't expect to be treated like an American Citizen. It's safe to assume you get better service at your local Prison.
The staff in Milwaukee goes the extra mile to help. They've kept us coming back for over 12 years now. Sadly, the rest of the company doesn't follow their lead. Lots of mistakes with paperwork, excessive and unexplained fees, and zero customer support at the corporate level. Support is so bad they no longer list contact numbers on their website. We want to do business with Copart but it is getting very difficult. We have come to expect that every transaction will have multiple problems with titles and paperwork. Kudos to the staff in Milwaukee but they can't make up for the rest of the company.
Purchased a vehicle from through their "auction", and somehow they're able to sell it with a lien and claim it's "free of a lien". Copart has cost me a significant loss sale, in addition their lack of quality in customer service is pain to deal with.
They had my truck and i was supposed to go to pick up my personal items and my rims off of my truck through insurance state farm and i got there when i was able to and all of my pesonal items in my truck where missing such as my 2 subs and amp under back seat and amp and expensive gps all gone and they have no record of cleaning my truck and somehow my stuff os missing they are terrible and keeping track of what they are supposed to
