Always friendly, efficient and comparable in pricing. Came in for oil change and tire rotation and was out within an hour. I do know they offer great services to help all clientele. Would call them first if ever needed a tow!

Had a great experience moving my homebuilt airplane from garage to the airport. Lot of time and money in the airplane, so I was very nervous about the move. The truck was nice with ramp and winch that made it easy to load. Mover was awesome; he knew what he was doing. Would use these guys again!

Had the best experience I could’ve had with a flat tire. Brandon my driver was such a nice guy, great communication, extremely professional, great sense of humor and enjoyable to talk to! Just had grubes show up to change a tire via AAA and the guy asked about using my tool to drop the tire, I am in a work truck and have no idea where it is at this second! They know what make and model vehicle they are coming too, how do they not have the needed tools to do the job! Would never call them again!! Bobs Main Street towing has always had the tools for the job on the truck, why can’t Grubes

Ryan came to assist me in towing my Mustang named Gangster boo. Ryan was so gentle with the process of getting my car onto the bed due to the Lower ball joint being destroyed from a recent car accident. Even when he let my car down at the end… He was extremely gentle making sure there wouldn’t be further damage brought onto my car. I’m very impressed. Many tow companies wouldn’t have took the initiative to treat someone else’s car like it was their own. Thank you Ryan!!!!!! You guys just made a new customer!!

I had multiple problems with one simple, two mile tow. They knew they needed to bring skates to remove the car out of the garage. The first driver didn't bring them. The 2nd driver did an ok job but, charged me $25 more than the quote.

Employee Eric was very inexperienced and harmed our vehicle to the unfortunatr point that I had to ask him to cease and desist as he was damaging ( slight yet noticeable and Damage to door frame and paint at entry points on each door her tried) during a lockout call. Our family has paid for AAA for almost four DECADES. This was a first. Eventually the company, Grubes Towing, will pay for the damage it's employee , young Eric, did. However A.A.A. ( had to call escalation team) was not happy to hear what happened and I hate wasting Time. For Your and Your family's sake, Please use a different service.

Called AAA for tow. After waiting 2 hours for Grube’s I followed up with AAA. Called Grube’s to confirm time of tow. Female answered advised attempted 2x to call me. No call ever came to me EVER. No voicemail nothing & canceled my tow. After waiting for hours for tow truck to show up. Lied about calling my phone. Also person who AAA stated was coming out. Was not even at work that day, confirmed by Grube lady worker. So she canceled my tow without informing me nor AAA. They need to rectify the communication issue.

Nathan helped get my C43 to the dealership after a flat tire. Got the ramp super close so the car didn't need to be moved much and used boards to prevent the front from scraping. He got it to the dealership and dropped the keys in the box so I didn't have to go with or follow which was super appreciated as it was almost midnight. Really appreciate their response and professional service; I would highly recommend!

Great service. I called and said they would be 1.5 hours but said they'd call when 10 minutes out. The were right on. Guy who towed my car was very careful and friendly. Reasonable rate for the 5 mile tow I needed.

I had the best towing experience on 12/30/21 with Aaron. My car had a Club steering wheel lock and my key didn't work. Aaron was able to do the job despite this setback, and was so nice about the whole thing! I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Aaron made this a very pleasant experience and it saved my car from going to the Sheriff's lot, which saved me a lot of money. Ask for him by name: Aaron at Grube's!!!

We were assigned Grube's through AAA for some unforeseen car trouble and I have to say, we couldn't have been happier. Eddie was earlier than expected and immediately got to work looking at our mufflers issues. Within minutes, he had taken care of the primary issue, synched up another part, and even gave us his last ratchet strap to keep it all in place, saving us a TON in towing fees trying to get it to a shop once he would have gotten us home. Not only was he kind and professional, but had a really upbeat attitude that reminded us how important it is to take care of each other, both as people, and professionals. I really can't express enough how much stress and further financial issues it would have caused us had he not come to our rescue. In all my years of car ownership, this is one of the absolute best interactions I've ever had, and I won't forget it. Thanks for being such a good guy and professional Eddie!

Grube's was assigned to me through my AAA membership. I needed a tow because my pickup tire had blown and I was pulling my boat. It was rather late at night. I sent a request for the tow via AAA around 1am on Monday 8/31. Chuck from Grube's arrived around 1:45am. When he arrived he told me he would not be able to tow my boat. I am not sure why he was not able to as I specified needing this in the tow and having been a gold member of AAA, I am allowed to tow boats, and RVs. I am also confused as to why he stated he was not equipped to tow a boat, since I told AAA it was needed. I overheard his phone conversation with what I believe was his supervisor of some sort. He asked "will I still be paid for this job" which raised concern. Once he got off the phone, he told he he cannot tow me. I was very upset that Chuck said he would not tow the boat so I asked that he jack my truck up so the blown tire could be replaced with a spare. He refused to help me with the tire also. He then got in his truck and pulled off. I had to call AAA back to request another tow. By this time it was 3am and I was still on the side of the road in the dark with my truck and boat. I was able to phone a friend who helped me change the tire. On my way home from the scene of the blown tire, I happened to notice Chuck helping someone from what I assume was another service call. I plan on filing a complaint of discrimination. Thanks for nothing Chuck. It must be nice to have been paid for work not completed.

The staff is very knowledgeable, polite, and always very helpful. They explain any issues that need to be fixed in detail, the reasoning behind it, etc so you can really make an informed decision on getting repairs done. We’ve had our cars worked on for several different issues over the past year and have always been happy with their work. Great mechanics!

They, (Brent) have helped us with our car trouble at least 6 times in the last year! Not only is Brent fast to arrive, but also has many skills to help stranded motorists!! From small fixes to getting your vehicle where it needs to go, and also having the knowledge of WHERE you should go for the needed parts, and or repair. BEST towing business I've ever worked with, (and that's a lot!) If Brent can't fix it on the spot, which he has done several times... He knows what you need, or where to go for quality work at reasonable rates! Speaking of which... It's the BEST deal for towing within about a 40 mile distance from my house. Reasonable rates, fast service, knowledgeable mechanic, and pleasant to deal with ? I've never had a better experience when I've needed a tow, or roadside service, when your experiencing unpleasant circumstances to begin with.....??? Highly recommended!! When your car is messed up, or whatever... The last thing you need is "bad tow truck service" (and price) to make it ALL WORSE!! If your in his service range,... call them FIRST!! This has been by far the most efficient, responsive and courteous towing company I've ever worked with. They were very considerate of my time, and made sure that I was taken care of. The rates were very complimentary, and they were pretty much the only tow company to pick up the phone on a Sunday afternoon. Beautiful service altogether, and I HIGHLY recommend.

I have been a customer of Grube's for years, and this review is long overdue. Our family has trusted them with all our cars for about two decades. Whether for towing or repairs, their service is fast and dependable. And, they offer honest advice about repairs even when they don't stand to gain financially. Recently, they were test-driving my car after working on the brakes, and the hood flew open, damaging the panels on either side. Even though this wasn't due to anything they did, because the car was in their possession when it happened, they picked up the cost to have the panels replaced. If I hadn't already been a loyal customer, this sure would have made me one. I recommend Grube's to anyone in the area who is looking for a car mechanic you can trust.
