Although they didn't stock my part they were able to get it in 2 days.

3/13/24 I was in today for a battery replacement under warranty. Nick did a great job seeing to my needs and getting me a new battery. He was very professional and courteous. I recommend going to this store!

Great customer service. Called to ask if they carried a part, after a few minutes was told they were out of stock. A couple minutes later they called me and said they had the part.

Staff was knowledgeable about the parts that I needed & answered any questions that I had.

They did not have the spark plugs I needed in stock, but were able to cross reference and get one for me that worked.

If thet dont hav the part, they get it fast. Staff could b friendlier. They were not rude, just seemed stressed. But service was goid & they provided curbside pick up.

They have curb side pickup. Dont always hav the parts in stock but they come by the next day. Some staff could b a bit more friendly. They're not rude, they just do not appear happy to b there. Probly just the stress that all of us feel. They did bring stuff out to car for us.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. If they don't have it they will do there best to get it for you. The experience I've had with each of the current counter guys is so good I've started telling all my friends in Princeton to check them out. Awesome store.
