Appointment started on time. As things progressed and they found it was going to take longer than planned, they offered a loaner. This worked fine with me. I have now gotten my vehicle back. All is well.

My 2020 Explorer hit a deer while on vacation from Milwaukee, 3 hours away. After 2 months, several promises that I could pick her up and finding something else wrong every time it was set to pick up, and $16500 later, my car was delivered to me ... With issues. A tire pressure alarm going off, my tires not reading tire pressure, (even though the car was supposedly driven before it left), and a myriad of physical issues....wire harnesses not being connected in the engine compartment, bubbling paint, air deflectors missing or chewed up in the front wheel wells, pads not connected in front wheel wells, stone guards on the front bumper scratched to heck...and this one takes the cake MY ENTIRE DAMAGED FRONT GRILLE AND BUMPER LEFT IN THE BACK OF MY CAR!!! My car was in great shape prior to the accident...it's returned in worse shape than it was...taking it from a very good looking car, to a fair car in valuation. Communication here from the service department us lacking, even when I asked to be told about any issues, the only way I found out about them was to call. If you can avoid using the service center in Crivitz, do so. A lot of lip service and no pride in workmanship.
I don't leave many reviews but I think this is worth noting. My truck had transmission trouble on my way up to our hunting property this past Labor Day weekend and I thought I was going to need a tow back to southern WI where I'm from. These guys took my truck in last minute Friday afternoon, and were able to diagnose my issue and get my truck back up and running by the end of the day. Truck drove back 4 hours with a loaded trailer perfectly fine and there is no trans fluid leaking anymore. These guys took care of me and I would be back if I ever need anything else. Shoutout to the Friday afternoon staff!
I don't have my car serviced anywhere else but Witt's. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always confident and safe knowing I have service I can depend on.
2024 JEEP WRAGLER RUBACON I would not buy from there again l treaded in a 2024 Jeep Wrangler that I added $10,000 dollars in aftermarket parts and they would only give $48,000 ,and only had 3 ooo miles on it. I purchased a new ford Ranger Raptor and if it wasn’t for the fact that they are to get I did not turn it down. But I was never given a chance to deal on the price of the truck as it was being made and dealership had no information on the vehicle so when I came in to pick it up they had paperwork ready . And they are asking more than offered to me because they don’t even have any price on information sheet on windshield. So no I would not recommend this dealership I even took dealership sticker off so people would not know where I got it from. They have price at $55,000 for the jeep that they paid $48,000 for it so don’t be taken
The crivitz dealership was a great experience. Parts, and service was world class! Thanks to the service writer, I saved over $300 on parts I didn’t need. I will buy all future vehicles from this dealership and have all my service preformed here from now on. I also enjoyed the friendly dogs that came to visit me in the waiting area! Made my time there pass by quickly
Excellent service department. Very friendly and efficient. Plus while I was waiting I got to visit with the dealership dog. She was also very friendly. It made the time waiting just fly by.

My father and I stopped in a couple weeks ago and test drove 3 trucks. I found one I liked and they let us take it home for a week. This was an amazing experience for us because we do not live close by. We returned on Friday and signed the papers. We dealt with Robin in the showroom and Pat for the finance. I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing any 1 of the Witts team. They are amazing.
I was looking to trade in my 2019 Colorado for a full size. I looked up the blue book and it was $16,000. This truck had a deer collision also. I was looking at a 150 when Salesman Mark Jicha pulled up. We talked about the truck and he offered a test drive while he pulled my truck around so they could get an estimate for a trade in. As I was driving, the tire sensor light came on. It happens. I finished my ride, which was really good, and went back to Witt. Went to Marks desk and was expecting a low offer due to the deer hit, but he offered $16,000. We checked the payments I would be making and it was out of my price range by about $50, and I said I needed to be at or below a certain amount. He talked to the boss and the finance guy and came back with a real great number, $22,000 for trade in. There's no way my Colorado was worth that much. And the F-150 I was getting was loaded with options and had less miles than my truck. Witt will be the first place I go for a vehicle from now on. Greatest experience I've ever had at a dealership. Unfortunately I was left with a poor experience at this location and would not recommend anyone use their autobody shop for body work. I hit a deer, brought it to them as I lived 4.5 hours from the location and could not tow the car home. They repaired the car, which found to still have issues. We brought the car back, they "repaired" it again, and we found it still had issues. These issues are alignment, engine fault codes popped up, the paint job did not remotely match the original color, and there was some quarter panel alignment. When I asked to bring it back I was told I needed to go through insurance and have the insurance adjuster come back out and look at the car. I did this, ended up bringing the car back for repairs a 3rd time and when I got the car back after the 3rd time driving 4.5 hours one way it was left in worse condition again. I had to contact my insurance who is allowing me to take it to another shop to get fixed what was supposed to have been repaired the first time. The auto body shop manager is extremely unprofessional and when I asked about the repairs he was quick to threaten violence if I did not take the car and leave. The owner Tim did not respond to texts, emails or calls when I was inquiring to see how we can resolve this issue as I just wanted to get my wife's car back in the original condition one would expect to get it back in after a repair. This was a simple deer collision turned into an 8 month issue that the car is still not fixed. There are clips missing, plastic guards on the bottom missing, it is quite disappointing really the work that was done.
I've been to Witt twice now for a new vehicle and I've never been disappointed with their teams. My father took my there when I was in undergrad for my first real vehicle on a loan and while he was tough in negotiating, we were treated fairly. When we came in this last time, it was under stressful circumstances with a broken down vehicle and Ford in my hometown wouldn't even look at my car (coming in from out of town, wouldn't even make it home). Witt took us right in, were honest with us, and straight forward about the condition of our vehicle. They helped us get into a new vehicle as fast as possible and made the transition as seamless as possible. Danny was great with us making the sale happen the way we needed it while also being patient. He offered to help clean out the old vehicle and gave us boxes to get moved over faster also. Witt treated us like family. My father passed in February but he would have been happy with how things went (and he tried to get me to buy a truck way back when) and I'm sure he won because the first vehicle I test drove was a truck and I drove away in it. I'm sure he's riding with me these days.
Witt was very easy to work with. There is a slight misalignment of the bumper and grill on the right side, but hardly noticeable. Work was completed in about 10 days. Truck rides nice. Thankful for a large truck, had I had my Stratus I probably would not be posting this. Be careful out there darn deer come out of nowhere
I have been going there for a long time and they are always polite and very pleasant to work with. We have purchased vehicles from them and have had no problems. Love my Ford Escape that I got in December, 2019.
