needed a SVT Focus discontinued part, searched high and low on internet and old dealer stock to no avail. finally found Matt's business and they shipped it out same day. got to keep car 100 OEM and did not have to fabricate the flexible F.I. fuel line. Reasonable price.

Called them on a whim thinking they might happen to have a Jetta sitting around for parts even though it was a Ford Focus yard. Turns out Matt knew exactly the part I was seeking to fix my headlight and said that some of the higher-end Focus' have the same headlight manufacturer and he was pretty sure he had the part I was looking for. Called me back in twenty minutes and said yes for sure. Drove up there to pick up the part, had a nice conversation with the two guys, got home and spliced the bulb socket into the wire harness and boom, it works! Thanks again, Matt!
Received my part and I was very pleased with the quality. Folks were friendly on the phone and I received my part in a time,y manner. I would do business with them again for sure.
SELLER MADE A THREAT AFTER SHIPPING THE WRONG PART! "Ohio isn't that far away" & "have a nice life"! Owner shipped the wrong part after clerk handling the call wrote down the wrong notes about the part. Rather than call me back and check what was actually needed, they shipped the front of knee assembly instead of rear knee assembly.
I specifically told the clerk Terry it was rear, there was no misunderstanding that.
The service from sales was terrible. Clerk requested my credit card then lied that my card (with $4K balance) didn't clear after requesting # 2 more times. Watch for identity theft after purchasing through this business.
