Called up midstate towing for my utv stuck in a bad spot. They brought the skid steer up and drove it like 6 miles or maybe more back to where I was stuck and got me out in now time. Very friendly very pleasant to work with. I’m from out of town and didn’t know who to call but would definitely recommend there services
Wow, this towing company is incredible! They were incredibly fast, super knowledgeable, and super friendly. We were about 45 minutes from home when the drive line broke in our Kenworth W900, so we called MidState. They arrived quickly, hooked up the truck, removed the drive line, and got us home safely! The next time we have any trouble, we’ll definitely be calling them again. They did an amazing job! Oh, and by the way, it was 95 degrees out! Thank you so much, MidState, we really appreciate it!

Dylan was super friendly and helped us Jumpstart my car that had been sitting for a while. We tried to jump it ourselves with two different battery packs and anothother vehicle with no luck and we thought it was going to need a tow. Dylan showed up and got it started on the first try! He also filled my tires with air before he left. We tied to drive it a bit a minute later and it died again before we left the parking lot. I called the number Dylan had called from and he turned around and came back to help us and stayed until we got it it to a safe place! Thanks, Dylan!
When our SUV wouldn't start in our garage, we made arrangements through AAA to have a tow. We thought we had a problem with the starter because the radio and lights were still working. When Dylan arrived, he suggested that it could be the battery. He was able to get the battery charged very quickly and the engine started. He gave us the option of whether we wanted to have him tow the car to the dealership or drive it there ourselves. We decided to drive the car. Dylan was so friendly and helpful and didn't charge us for any mileage or the towing expense. Not only that, he called us later that day to make sure we made it to the dealership safely. What great customer service! MidState is the first place we will call if we need a tow in the future. Highly recommended!

This towing company is the best around I bought a truck that died on me cause of the alternator the guys there picked my truck up the night before and I came back in the morning to put a new alternator they gave me room in the shop to fix it and any tool I didn’t have they were all nice and helpful
I had to get my vehicle towed to a garage on November 13 due to a dead battery and other issues. Dylan arrived well within the time frame he gave me. He was extremely professional and courteous and worked fast. He even made sure I had a ride to work before taking my vehicle to the garage.

These Guys are amazing. While I was traveling with my older parents they came to our rescue by helping with their stalled brand new vehicle in a very rural area. 10/10 recommend Mid State Towing! I called on a very cold day. The owner arrived quickly and was so incredibly helpful and kind. He let me stay in the warm truck while details were being ironed out and made polite conversation on the way to the mechanic, which definitely helped my nerves. Service was above and beyond!
New year eve morning truck broke down on the side of the road with my wife and 4 kids myself too. No one would come get my truck. 6 hrs later he got the call and was on it. a.s.a.p. My insurance contacted Mid State towing when my car had a deer run into it while my daughter was driving it while at school. The tow driver was very polite, professional, and caring. He did not leave her stranded on the side of the road in the dark, and stayed with her until a ride got to her. When I called the next day, he was very helpful and kind.
