I’ve been going here for my parts for years. Know Gage pretty well. You have incompetent people working there. Giving wrong car parts with a computer in front of them , and then when I’m trying to exchange it for a cheaper part I’m still having to pay? When the first part cost more money then the second.
Gage is the best worker there
He came out, helped me with my window put on my windshield wipers. Hell of a guy. They definitely need to keep him there. He takes the time out of his day to make sure to take care of everybody in a timely fashion.
I was under the impression this was a buisness and the purpose of having sale associates was to make a sale. My husband wanted to do buisness but due to unmotivated inept sales associated had to go else where. I would urge the managers to retrain their associates on how to use the software system to look up parts and the layout of the store, since its a hard concept. Perhaps i just offered "help" where the employees lacked. Have a lovely day.
the bathroom is truly disgusting. absolutely atrocious. disgusting is an understatement. id rather take a piss or poop outside. didnt touch anything in that bathroom cause I was afraid of getting a disease.

Had to go to 2 separate locations because the one I called neglected to tell me they needed to order the part. At least they found it at another location relatively close.
I really like O'Reilly auto parts. I also go to Auto zone. But lately since I been with my wife she swears by O'Reilly's she loves them. So I been going to O'Reilly's and Everytime it never fails the store always have what we need yes the prices are high but I rather pay the high price with great customer service and I get what I need right then and there. The store manager is friendly and knows what he is talking about.
Gage helped me get a battery installed into my Acura. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. He was so helpful and had the best attitude. It took him 5 minutes to install the battery in my car. Made my day.
By far the most amazing and humble experience I’ve ever had at any auto store! Both James and Ronnie are hands down the best! Not only did they provide the best customer experience ever, they took the time to explain things to me! (Hints I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars!) They were not out to get my money by selling me unnecessary parts, but actually saved me from spending unnecessary money. By far the best experience I have ever had anywhere in a long time! I will never go to another auto store again ! They have my business for life! You guys rock! Thanks so much!
Was in store 12/10/22. Purchased front windshield wipers & cabin filter. Zander installed both for me. He had never installed on my type of vehicle, so had to look @ directions. He was focused, careful & patient & figured it out!
Very nice young man - I'd hang on to him as an employee if I were you. Good employees are hard to find. ?
Worst customer service ever. The lady that was in there was rude and didn’t know what she was selling or looking up. At least have someone with some type of car knowledge.
Best to look up the part number for what you need before you go. Makes it faster and less time for them to look it up. You pay a little more on some things then other stores. But that's normal now a days.
Helpful staff. Fun group. Feels like an old school auto parts store. They even laughed at my temper tantrum. Thanks for the help with the wiper blades, guys.
