The website policy says 30 days to return parts that weren't installed or tampered with at a 25% restocking fee so long as it wasn't special order. On the phone they told me they won't take parts back unless it's defective when I got it and I would then get store credit at best. Clearly they need to read their own policies online. After bringing up the online policy i was then told the sales reps get paid on commission and thus don't want a return on their hands. I get it, but it's you own company policy.
Actually negative -5 *stars. I sourced a honda motor head off car-part.com that was graded in A condition. I drove 2 hours to get it and it looked like it had been threw world War 2 and then some. Very poor service. I would never go to place for parts.
I came here looking for a pulse board for my truck’s wiper motor. After asking the man if they had any, he denied the part existing and flat out accused me of asking him for lower prices when I hadn’t mentioned purchasing anything. I don’t know what this man’s problem was but he was extremely disrespectful and shouldn’t be working in a pick and pull yard if he doesn’t know what parts he will be asked to pull. I can not recommend anyone come here as you will not receive help in any meaningful way.
2 items that I bought from them were damaged. I didn't realize they were till I started to install it, and they were missing mount. They do charge top dollars for the items as well.

If they say that they have the part on hand, be sure to ask them to touch it before you drive the distance. Sitting around for 45 minutes while they look around this dump and then tell you sorry we can't find it is a BIG waste of my time.
These guys have allot of parts out and ready for pick up. Being able to get parts the same day or the next is a great help for my repair shop. Thanks guys!!!
Dirty, grungy place...what do you want? It's an auto boneyard! But they have used auto parts for a fraction of the price anywhere else. I was able to fix my car & I saved about $400...
I ordered a part for my 2008 Chevy Malibu On the Internet it said it was a good quality part I received a part in the mail I opened the package and it looks like hit I called them and the guy that answers the phone gives me some bullship excuse how is not his job he only sells the parts

Customer service is well , there is none lol , the guy is running a personal junkyard that makes him a little cash , that place is not like going to pick a part or even like sturtevant auto , It's limited
They charge a $20 minimum on anything. So lets say you want an oil stick that sells for $10 new in a parts store. They will want a minimum of $20 for it used. I never been there yet do to prices of items I wanted being more than what I can get a new one for.
They should lower it to a $5 minimum. I went to a different place and was able to buy what I wanted for $5. Man on phone got cranky because I asked if I could get the item I was looking for less because I could get it for less online brand new with warranty. He replied thanks for wasting my time.
