It was shit!!! Scheduled my appointment almost 2 weeks ago, get there this morning and nobody knew about it so they couldn't get me in. I drove away and will go to another shop from now on.
We had a truck tire blowout while hauling a horse trailer on the interstate. The person we spoke with on the phone was kind and helpful, and the technician arrived incredibly quickly to help us out. A+ for customer service and speed. They helped make a stressful day a bit less awful.
You can trust this guy. No fuss. No muss. Came out and changed an inside drive tire with a good used tire. Very reasonable. His repair truck is well equipped for almost any situation.

The guys that helped me with 2 tires on a container chassis were very helpful and made sure things were good on the chassis before I left. I would recommend this place to everybody. They laugh and joke with ya and treat you like you work with them.
Probably my best experience of any shop away from home , lost a u joint on my short shaft last night , called them this morning and they got me in and out right away... they're the reason I'll get to be home with my family this weekend instead of a hotel .. literally from the time I pulled in to when I left was a hour and half ... and they were reasonably priced , could of gouged me but instead took care of me ... can't recommend them enough
We were traveling on the interstate hauling horses to a show when we had major trailer trouble. We were able to get to the Lyndon Station exit and call ASAP Repair & Towing. They had a service truck there within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this business!! 5 stars isn’t enough!
I have a brake chamber leak I give them a call said I will be there less than two hours when I get there took them less than one hour to finish it. The honest and affordable price thumbs up Clinton.
Called do to truck failing to start due to being gelled up fast service and very friendly Edger was professional and friendly.......some of the best service I never wanted to have if you're needing maintenance in the area this is the place to call
Our truck stopped building air so we called these people out. They got to us pretty quickly but once the guy got there it was nothing but disappointment. The guy claimed to check everything and told us it was our air compressor and he needed to call his boss regarding cost. While on the phone his boss asked “ are we foreigners “ then said they couldn't help us at all but charged us $360 to do nothing.
We got our truck towed to loves in oakdale and purchased a 2k air compressor to find out that wasn't the problem. It turned out to be a $100 fix
Asap’s tech looked like he has been working on trucks his whole life but cost us thousands of dollars.

Got a warning light that I had a Def flow problem yesterday. Started to lose power. I limped in to ASAP Repair after calling them. They got on it right away. Def pump bad. Even took pictures to show me the issue. Was late afternoon and they would get the part from Madison in the morning. Mike ( I think) drove me to the hotel close by. Around lunch time today, repairs were completed. Dan, the owner, came and picked me up to take me back to my truck. I was on the road again. Hate having truck problems but very glad it happened close to ASAP. Steve ( the mechanic) and the young lady who answered the phone and helped me get things started when I got there ( sorry, can't remember every name? ) were awesome as well. Thanks a ton ASAP!!
Dan and his crew helped me out while I was stranded on the road. Managed to crawl there and they took me in during their own busy hours working on their equipment.
Worked on my transmission which needed a new xy shifter.
I’m back on the road now thank you guys.

Kyle was great had a issue with my vehicle he was able to help and solve the problem professionally and efficiently very helpful and curious would recommend 10/10
Kyle was very quick to get to where my daughter went off the road, the first thing he did was ask if she was ok which is rare. He got her car back on the road and looked over it for damage, even being down in the embankment, he was able to pull it up and out with no damage and my daughter was able to drive off. Great business, highly recommend asking for Kyle for all your towing needs, he goes above and beyond and makes the best out of a bad situation.
Everyone was great! The driver showed up right on time and was very helpful and they actually went WAY out of their way to see that we got home safely. We can't thank them enough.
Great experience. Called these guys after hours. Ed asked for some simple information and said someone would be out in 60-90 minutes for a broken glad hand. Repair was done in under an hour! Clint was very professional according to our driver(thanks for the work Clint!) and driver was ready to get up and rolling early the next morning. EXTREMELY GREAT AND FAIR PRICING. Its hard to find honest people in the trucking business and these guys are it! Very close to Tomah and Wisconsin Dells. Worth the call even if they have to drive more than others. They were able to get me in quickly; the tech diagnosed the problem promptly , they had parts on hand to fix my issues and get me back on the road asap (just like their namesake). I would highly recommend this repair shop.
My fuel gauge was registering fuel when I was actually empty stuck on the side of the interstate. I called you guys and the Tech that came out was very friendly and got me running again quickly. Very reasonably priced. Excellent communication and service. Thanks

We are driving cross country and had a problem with our RV. This place saved our day and you won’t find a more honest reliable mechanic. I’d rate it 10 stars if I could. Can’t thank them enough.
Just came here recently for a tire change and they are trying to charge me over $300 for a mount and dismount on an outside trailer tire . I can see if it was a road call but I came to the shop during normal business hours so what gives?
The driver was extremely patient because we are waiting for a Pepsi truck to get out of the way but luckily we figured out that we could steer it with the unlocking it I drove it to tomah for a very reasonable price if I do need to get a tow again hopefully I never do I hope I'll get the same driver in the same experience
We were on hwy when 1 of tires on 5th wheel started reading hot. We pulled off and called a few places to ask about tire repair. No luck, we called ASAP, they guided us to their location. Got tire looked at and replaced in less than an hour. Excellent service. Thank you so much.
Spent over 6 thousand dollars on a truck motor. Wasn’t properly installed. Oil leaks everywhere. CHT failure. Owner Dan hangs up on concerned customers asking about 3 year warranty including a rental car stated on an invoice and refuses services. Will never do business with again. Never. Go here if you want to be ripped off.
Located on County Road. You’re welcome people. Save your money for an actual mechanic
Update: a few months later the engine he installed isn’t connected to the transmission anymore. Straight up transmission failure after an engine swap. Since the engine swap my truck hasn’t been shifting properly either which lead up to the transmission failure. Still not his issue. Owner Dan is happy to take your money but not put in the work.
My daughter lost her brakes on a late Sunday night in subzero temperatures. The folks at ASAP were quick, professional and went out of their way to make sure she (and her dog) were taken care of. We need more shops like this!
