*$210 for a pull out of snow*
The only thing I’m happy about is getting my car out of 3 feet snow on the side of the rode. They arrived within 10 minutes which is why they get more than 1 star. Ryan was not pleasant to deal with. He arrived asked what I needed to do and he said “just sit in the car” I asked if it needed to be in neutral he said yes. It literally took him 5 minutes to pull me out. I was told it would be $210 for the pull out. I only had $150. I was trying to talk with Ryan about how expensive it is and he just brushed me off saying “trucks aren’t cheap”. I am thankful they worked with me on the payment but come on. I felt like I was nothing but a dollar sign. Considering the weather conditions in this state you would think they would try to help people out a little more.

Went into the ditch on 94 in January. As soon as my dad got off the phone with him he was there in like 15 minutes! He pulled me out and turned my car around for me and lead me back on to 94. Very nice and fast! I would use them again. Thank you emergency towing!!!
I went into the ditch during the January snowstorm off of 94. The highway patrol called "emergency towing", who showed up and told me they wanted to hook up to my front wheel on a full time AWD vehicle. Of course I questioned this and told the driver that I can't disengage the front driveshaft. He immediately became upset, went to the trooper to tell him he was leaving, then left me stranded in the ditch. Absolute rude and dangerous behavior. No attempt was made to explain anything. Paul from Kicos Towing out of Milwaukee stopped by as a concerned motorist and pulled me out immediately.
Had to get a hook on a Saturday and was a good experience. The service was prompt and was friendly always sucks to get a tow but it’s nice to deal with good people with quick service.
Rude employees. Got a flat tire, left my car to get a tire was on an empty county road came back within an hour and car had already been towed. Charged me $300 to get out only hours after towed and they wanted $50 more to have someone come in to release my car!
These guys showed up prepared. Had my GTO towed across town. Sits extremely low to the ground, and is on low profile tires. Even with a vehicle that is notoriously hard to hook up and pull onto a flat bed, they did it with zero damage. Flawless tow. I will definitely be using these guys again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional tow.

I’m thankful that they were able to get me out of the ditch, hence why at least 2 stars. But I will not use them again. Driver admitted going to wrong location. After an hour of waiting, they showed up and began hooking my car. All they said was for me to stay in car...nothing else. Few minutes of them attempting to get me out of ditch...and pulling my bummper half way off he then asked if my car was in neutral and I said “no, you never told me to put it in neutral” They successfully got my car out of the ditch and we drove to a safer location for payment. I brought up my bumper and the guy said that my bumper was already damaged from the snow. I told him that’s not true because I assessed my car right after I ended up in the ditch and the only part of my car that was in the snow was the front. He again said that it was already coming off. I understand that my car needed to get pulled out but this towing company ruined my bumper, told me it wasn’t their fault and pretty much told me that I had to get it fixed. They still changed me the full price for the work and didn’t take any responsibility for the damage THEY caused.
I would never use them again...EVER!!!
Have had EST tow my vehicles a few times, and he even brought my wife's car to me when I broke down with my truck doing the paper route I used to do. Always been prompt, professional, & courteous towards me. Would recommend them to anyone!
My car was towed by order of the Dodge County Sherriffs Dept. When I called the towing company for information Josh was very short on the phone and came across quite rude.
I was eventually forced to pay full towing/recovery fees AND sign the title of my vehicle over before I could even access my vehicle to retrieve emergency items (eyeglasses and prescription medications) which were missing when I was allowed access. My understanding is no lein can be placed on the personal property inside of the vehicle and especially not on necessary medical items.
On top of that they told me I could arrive any time before 5pm to pay and sign the title over but when I arrived shortly after 3pm there was no one there to assist, so I was forced to wait in the blistering cold for someone to arrive. After finally getting inside there was a (friendly) dog roaming loose inside of the building that no one made any attempt to restrain.
Absolutely would not recommend this company under any circumstances and I'm sorry for anyone in Dodge county who has a forced tow to this "company".
Excellent service. I've had them come out and retrieve me when my truck broke down on the road. Ryan was prompt and professional. We also use EST to undeck new trucks in our yard, same result.
