I called them to find a part and the kid on the phone didn't bother looking up the part. Instead, he just said they don't have it. Never shopping there again.
Easy to locate and as always Great Service the representatives, went way out of their way to try to help me locate the fluids I needed and wanted for my FJ Cruiser.
Guys was very helpful, I blew a water line on my truck and after trying to get everything together from several other auto parts stores they had everything I needed at one store, theirs. Thank you very much.
Very Upsetting, I had read reviews and seems to me store hours are a problem to other people too, I am also glad about the O’Reillys store having parts on the fly, Ford Beetle Build on it’s way now.
The website says that this store is open till 8pm, I try to walk in the door at 6:15pm and the door is locked...I needed a headlamp and I received a taillight bulb. Glad that an O’Reillys is opening up, I’m tired of the wrong parts and poor management from NAPA.
I know this location recently changed ownership from the Waldren group to MPEC. The hours are NO longer til 8pm, they now close at 6pm Monday thru Friday and close at 4pm Saturday and Sunday. The internet is not always right. Store is clean and organized with a good staff.
