Hunter came out and towed my car from South of Melrose to our usual mechanic in Black River Falls. During transport in the cab with him I learned a bit about the company and was impressed. Excellent service, would highly recommend if you're in need of a tow!
Hit a deer then a tree. When I called the police they asked who I wanted to come. I said anybody besides 54 towing. This young guy showed up & had my SUV ready to go in less then 15 minutes! Very nice guy! He even gave me A ride home. Highly recommend!!!!!!
Stranded on 94 west at a rest stop…somewhere. Thankfully, Hunter from Melrose Auto Clinic picked us up in his red tow truck. He made the long tow efficiently, he was communicative, knowledgable… and kind. I guess we had one of the best tow rides in highway history! Thank you, Melrose Auto Clinic.

I called them at 4:15 pm on a Wednesday I have a Wheelchair Transportation Company in the Jackson County area. One of my Drivers had a tire at the BP Station on the edge of Melrose. I called these people and They said they would not help because they close at 5:00pm. We are talking about a very small-town Melrose Wi, and there are no other car services for 20 miles at least. Don't bother yourself with contacting this Service Station. Thye don't care about YOU! If I could give a zero for a Review I would.
Great service from a small town business! Stopped in on my way through town to inquire about getting an appointment for an oil change. Got me in today! AWESOME! Great service!!!
Called down to see if I could get tires for my vehicle. Had been to local dealership,, couldn't get them put on for a couple of weeks. Other place (Walmart) checked was same way...possibly could have new tires in a couple weeks and work to find a time to get my vehicle in.
Called Melrose Auto Clinic and was told they could have the tires the next day and got my car in this morning to put them on. Got new tires all the way around put on my vehicle. Great customer service, fair pricing, and more than happy to support the local shop owners.
Plus it was a savings of $ all the way around for my pocket. Nissan dealership quoted me $1300+ for tires with alignment. Without alignment it was a savings of close to $300 for me on the tires.

If you need help during non business hours the kid he hired will block ur number and call the sheriff for harassment and then LIE to everyone about what he 5old me and what I said to him! Chris is a good guy but his new help picks and chooses who he helps! Do better Chris! We love the work you have done for us but what happened this weekend was 100% unacceptable.

Chris and Ed are the best, they were so helpful and kind and I take my vehicles to him as well for service and won't go anywhere else now...they feel like family and always go over and beyond!!! Super happy with all they have done for me!
Chris saved me a lot of money! I thought I needed valve seals because I had oils coming out my exhaust (a $1600 job on my 2005 Grand Cherokee) but Chris asked if I had checked the PVC valve, so I replaced the $6 part and lo-and-behold, no more oil out the exhaust!!!!
We were in a vulnerable situation while on vacation in rural Wisconsin. We knew we could be taken advantage of, not knowing any service providers anywhere nearby. Ed at Melrose auto went above and beyond to help with towing not only our truck with a blown transmission but also our camper. He also helped us find service when the dealership didn’t come through. Tonight I had a Harley Vs deer experience just south of black river falls on highway 27. My 2014 flh was so far off the road and stuck in the mud I didn't think anyone could get it out without destroying it. The guys from Melrose auto clinic were awesome. They took their time and got it out in one piece and didn't damage any. Once out they took it to my place in Alma center. Thank you guys.
These guys are truly incredible mechanics. Not only did the fix my car in the fastest timeline you can imagine but they basically rescued me from being stranded on the side of the road and in the middle of nowhere. To a young woman from the Midwest, traveling alone, this was so helpful and appreciated. They knew almost right away what was wrong with my car and they were spot on. I can’t say enough good things but I certainly will appreciate them forever and remember them each time I have to have a repair done!
Chris was amazing to work with. My car's engine died on my way through town, and he towed it to his shop, looked over the car, and helped me make arrangements for disposing of it. He went above and beyond to help me manage all of the details. He was professional and responsive to communication. Highly recommend!
I will continue to take my Buick Enclave to Tenner's as needed. They are respectful, courteous, and willing to get my car in and done in a timely manner. They've done brakes, wheel bearings, and muffler work. Their labor charge is fair and nothing outrageous like you would pay at a dealership. So glad to have this place close to home!
