We were visiting the area on a family vacation and managed to get a large rock in our tire, which caused a leak. A mechanic came out to greet us immediately upon arrival, got the hole patched in minutes, and only charged us $10. A great relief!
Tire on my Yukon kept going flat overnight. I had tried to fix it and put a plug in last February in Rice Lake, Wisconsin but it eventually gave way. I might need a new tire but needing a repair now, I figured id give Jerry's a try.
Glad I did! Kodie got me squared away in less than 15 minutes and a dollar a minute!? Can't beat it! Should be good for another couple thousand miles..

Great full service gas/service station. They plugged my tire, pumped my gas, and cleaned my windshield. Fast! You don't see service like this very often.
Traveling on vacation to see waterfalls in a lot of remote places when I noticed one of my new tires was low on air. Jerry's got me in on short notice on a Saturday. The mechanic very thoroughly inspected the tire, pumped the tire back up to the correct pressure, remounted it an torqued the lug nuts to spec. Since no repair was needed, they didn't charge me! Everything was done by the book - very old school family service. Much appreciated!
Wouldn’t recommend. Had a simple valve stem replaced. Picked up car, and steering wheel was shaking bad as I drove. Came the next morning to have it looked it. It was brushed up and lug nuts were tightened. Steering wheel shook bad again, all the way to Ashland. Took it to Toyota right away and they did it wrong and did not balance the tire so it was totally off. Worth the drive to Toyota in Ashland.
BEST SERVICE EVER. We ran over a very large screw passing through town Friday afternoon. Thankfully we were close to Jerry’s. We limped in, chatted with the nice gentleman working and he said he would be able to look at it for repair. He got it hoisted, and would have had it repaired in 5 minutes but he also had to juggle the constant line of cars swinging by for gas. He pumped, washed windows, checked fluids, checked everyone out and still had us out in less than 30 minutes. This place is by far the best place I’ve been to in a long time - for any service! I can totally understand why people kept pulling in for gas!
Found a nail lodged in my rear driver side tire. Called around trying to find a place. They answered almost immediately and gave me a quote. Took longer to drive there than to repair. Service was speedy. Price on the phone matched the final price. There was no run around or anything. If you want prompt service at an agreeable price, this is the place.
I brought my tire in for repair. They estimate 2 hours to complete, and a meer 30 minutes later they called me saying it was ready! Great service and very reasonable price. Absolutely would recommend for auto repair service!
I was 300 miles from home and broke down. Brian came right out, pulled me out, fixed me up at a really reasonable price. Great guy and thankful for their help!
Love this place,fast and friendly service. But, when it's cold out they will pump your gas and check your fluids. Please tip these ones as it is hard enough for them being outside.....

I am always pleased w the friendly service and usually fast service unless it's a bigger job they have never had my car for more than a few hrs. I will definitely continue to use them

Dropped my car off to have a fuel leak fixed. Called me back later that day and told me they wouldn't have time to fix it and I'd have to wait another week. I had already told them what was wrong when I scheduled the appointment a week before. They also told me they wouldn't use parts I had bought myself wanting me to pay for their upcharged parts. Bad service and a waste of my time. They also left my car parked half a block away on the street with the keys in the ignition which I thought was very unprofessional.
I brought a company vehicle in to get a tire fixed. Our company goes through a third party for repairs and maintenance. When he fixed the tire he told me it would be $15. When I told him that I had the info for the third party(which they told me they deal with) in the truck, he got mad at me and said it wasn't worth his time to make the call for a $15 fix. I then had to pay out of my own pocket which I will not be reimbursed for since he wouldn't contact the third party. Very poor customer service! Would not recommend this place!
Brian at Jerry's 24 Hour Towing did a great job for me recently when my car slid into the snowy ditch. He was responsive and efficient in the recovery of my vehicle. His trucks and shop are well maintained and show pride of ownership. Knowing I was 200 miles from home, Brian worked hard to get me back on the road quickly the next day after performing an accurate assessment of the damage. Some repair shops might have taken advantage of me but Brian was straightforward, practical and honest. I'd use Jerry's again (but really hope I don't have to!) Highly recommended.
Was glad they allowed walk in for an oil change on a Saturday when no one else would. We asked about our check engine light, they do not have a electronic reader, so they couldn't tell us what was causing it.
