I needed a fan belt to bypass my ac compressor because that locked up. I explained my situation to Jason. He took took me to the parts room to show me what he had. 39 bucks later I fixed my truck in the parking lot and i was back on the road. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with peterbilt. I will definitely be back. I appreciate a good parts man that can help me out without a vin number.
Spent over 8000 dollars and 30 days trying to fix an engine issue didnt fix it. We brought truck to another repairshop they diagnosed issue in 4 hrs..Do not bring your truck to these guys. They have no idea what they are doing.

Never been to the store. The parts guy nick is best in industry. I have to call him to get all the parts numbers then I’ll do business occasionally in madison...THATS SERVICE! Let him cover his customers from back in the madison area, your parts sales sales will sky rocket! Know your truck, give nick time, and you’ll never get sent home with wrong parts!! Very smart choice to open a store in that area!
Matt is great, will spend time to get answers for your concerns. Company is top heavy, to many managers who do not know the product. Stay away from nick bonin! He is a cancer, can't trust a liar.
The guys in service got my truck inspected and fixed when they said they would. Parts man efficiently ordered a mirror for me at a reasonable price. Both were helpful and friendly.
