If you dont pay cash on the spot they dump it in the nearest drop lot, whether the place is a valid business or not, they did not provide any information on where they dropped, and when Google search find an out of service number for a no longer running business. Talk about a rip off, $860 to the insurance, or out of pocket CASH $350, plus storage fees, as they see fit, mind u we asked it to be towed less than 4 blocks to mechanic, but no cash, he hauled it farther away to rack up more money.

Albert Was awesome. He arrived in 10 minutes and got my vehicle home within 30. Price was fair, so I added a little on top. Negative reviews complaining about price most certainly had extenuating circumstances and are probably about nonsense.
AAA had trouble finding someone to help me after my tire went flat at GLCC but Josh responded and came to rescue me. I had to give him a review because he went so far beyond the call of duty figuring out a way for me to carry my flat tire to a service place the next day. I have had other emergencies and had AAA send people to help but he was the best yet. His upbeat attitude really rescued my mood also.
Wow! This place saved me. My 🚗 wouldn’t start after picking up my groceries from the Berlin Walmart. They tracked down the guy who was driving the tow truck and sent him to me immediately. I was shocked how fast he arrived. He jumped my car and showed me that I may need a new battery. Wish I had gotten his name.
I get things happen and it’s in me for locking my own keys in my truck but from the time I called it took two and a half hours for a lockout. I’ve had towing service in winter storms respond faster that this. The excuse I got was that “I wasn’t dispatched until 8 this morning”
Holy cow, are you looking for an automotive service company… This company went out of their way for me to help me manage through a AAA towing situation to help get my car out of somebody at the end of my driveway… I got phone calls follow up phone calls, information phone calls from the dispatcher to be sure I was kept informed.
I have a doctors appointment and needed to get out of the tricky situation. The dispatcher was able to find somebody and let me tell you about the level of professionalism from the tow truck, driver and his assistant. They were smiles. They were professional. They were informative, and they were very careful .
Now I understand that they provide further services to automobiles other than just tow services. You can thank your dollar that I’ll be bringing my business to expert automotive services. I can’t say enough.
Mike is a power tripper ,I’ve heard it from just about everybody in this town who has had a run in with expert towing out of Berlin. His rates are extremely high and if you try to argue he will just tack on more and more fees. Some one needs to put this guy in his place
This towing place was a good $300 less money than the first place I called. The tow driver Brayden was professional, fast and very good at his job. He towed me a good 70 miles and was good company to talk to on the way back. I would definitely recommend this company and certainly Brayden if anyone else needs a tow.
The tow truck driver was extremely nice and helpful but when it came time to retrieve my vehicle, they charged me ridiculous add on fees etc. The office people/managers were very rude and found every way to add on extra charges. To tow my car 2 blocks it cost me almost $500.
Got in my first accident a couple days ago now. I was headed to redgranite from Berlin. I hit a deer at a high rate of speed and had no time to react. I was worried and didn't know what to do. Expert towing responded fast and efficiently. Big thanks to Chris working out of berlin. He helped me alot. Made things quick and clear. Helped get my truck out of the road and to a safe place. Thanks to him and his services im all taken care of and would recommend expert for any towing needs.
Chris helped tow a friends car, but also helped her bring me the things that she was on her way delivering to me. Huge thanks and much appreciated for the kindness and generosity!
They towed my truck 25 miles then said I owed them $900 for the tow!!! Ya because people can afford that. Such a joke. Hope you're happy you helped a single mom of 2 lose her job!!
This place in Berlin is a total rip off. They towed our car maybe 2 blocks and stored it on their lot for less than 24 hours and then towed it 2 miles and charged over $550 because they knew insurance was paying for it. No wonder our rates all continue to constantly go up when our insurance companies continue to get ripped off. Will never call this place again. Very disappointing since they are in my same town.

We waited for AAA for a couple of hours, and they couldn't find anyone to come pull us out of the snowy ditch, so we called Expert. The dispatcher we spoke to was kind and courteous. She immediately found a driver to come help us. The driver, Chris, was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and got to us so fast, and is great at his job. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for help.

Extraordinarily dangerous driver, and rude, dismissive manager on duty when I called to express concern. Said the driver was taking pictures of someone using their phone while driving. That's great, I don't care- that just tells me your driver was also on his phone while driving recklessly.
Supervisor refused to put me in contact with his manager.
Disgraceful.
I forgot the name of the driver sadly :( but, he was very helpful and very nice! I appreciate the help considering I had the same problem a few months ago and the same guy had helped me then too. Thank you for all that you do and I will definitely be recommending Expert to all of my friends. :)
two of the workers took a picture or video of me. not sure why. 3/4 people who worked there were rude to me and didn't take any of this seriously when i had called in and complained. they were grown men thinking it would be funny to make fun of a 20 year old girl. not sure what their names were, but they were two brothers. disgusting.
