Monday morning at 6:15 I was involved in an accident on Hwy 26 related to ice and a pickup truck that lost control, and was spinning in my lane. Long story short, both pickup truck and my semi with an empty trailer settled safely into a ditch. The officer on the scene asked if I had a preferred towing company, and if I didn’t then he highly recommended Mueller. I called the emergency department of my mega carrier to suggest Mueller of Rosendale, WI but they had already put in a call there and assured me my semi and trailer would be towed after the totaled pickup truck.
I swear the Mueller owner was there with an employee named Casey and their large tow truck within 2 hours or less after the accident. They were highly professional and efficient in getting my disabled tractor and trailer out of a ditch. I highly recommend Mueller!!

Christmas morning, and 1 hour into a very important 8 hour drive, I hit a deer or 2, leaving my car undrivable. And no one I could call on to help me out. The sheriff got Mike on the line. He came quickly, leaving his family on Christmas, loaded up my vehicle. Drove me to my home almost an hour back home to get my other vehicle, and then dropped my wreck at my body shop. Beautiful conversation on the ride. Shortly after I finished my drive, Mike called to check in to make sure I made it. I was blessed today. This year my Christmas angel came driving a flat bed with a winch! Best tow experience ever!
I happened to break down right in front of their shop (the luck!) with an airbrake issue. I couldn't go anywhere. I'd have been stuck between a rock and a hard place but they took care of me and did what it took to get me rolling. Hunted down the part we needed and got it hooked up in under 90 minutes. Fantastic!

The folks at Mueller’s are incredibly kind and generous with their time, we were driving through and had an issue with our Volvo’s brakes and they took every precaution to test and diagnose the issue to help give us peace of mind before we continued on with our road trip. We would recommend Mueller’s to anyone and really appreciate the care they put into their work. Nikki at the front desk is absolutely delightful and their techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Mike saw me sitting on the side of the road just outside of Rosendale when a storm was headed my way. He asked if I had a spare available, told me to call off AAA, and changed my tire for free! A very kind gentleman!
Mike is very nice and professional. My truck broke down and I was unfamiliar with the area because I was from out of state. Mike towed my truck, dropped me off at a hotel for the night, fixed the truck in less than 24 hours and picked me up from the hotel. He went way over and beyond for me. I would highly recommend this company!
Customer service was amazing! I am not from the area but broke down right in the middle of town. They took a peak at my truck to diagnose and give recommendations and were even able to squeeze me in to replace a few parts. Easy to work with and highly recommended!

I have to say I called so early this morning (4:30 a.m.) and woke him up. He came out and got me out right away. The kindness, professionalism, and how fast/efficient he was is amazing. If I have another tow concern I will go through them again!
I cannot praise and appreciate this business enough. I was stuck on the road 5 hours from home with a failed water pump. Not only did they come tow the truck AND my trailer I was towing , they got us fixed and on the road in hours on a Sunday! Kind, professional, helpful and above and beyond service. Best roadside assistance ever! I am forever grateful for this incident happening where it did. I was passing through on my way to a rodeo in Iowa. I drive a 1 ton dually and a large living quarter 4 horse trailer which a hind wheel had caught fire traveling down the highway. The fire department arrived and Muellers Towing and Repair right after that. He repaired my trailer not only replacing the hub assembly on the affected tire, he checked all the wheel assemblies and regreased/replaced bearings. (This trailer had just been serviced not long ago) He took pride in his work. He was efficient, meticulous, and the job was done right. In my experience 99% of the towing/repair truck companies never would have taken the time to this to get me back home safely. They would have towed my trailer and left me, my horse and truck to fend for ourselves. Another company likely wouldn't have had the parts or desire to be able to repair like he did in the field. He was concerned about the welfare and safety of the horse on board as well as getting me back on the road safely. I can't say enough good about the business and customer service.
These guys are amazing. Passing through Rosendale at 7pm on a Friday night and my water pump went out draining all the coolent. Just looking for a tow to a garage, the husband and wife team were able to get a new water pump and install that night. Extremely grateful for their kindness and world-class customer service. Highly recommend.

Mueller's has been servicing our club's two John Deere tractors for the past 8+ years. We cut a 5-acre flying field twice a week as long as the grass continues to grow, so we need those tractors in tip top condition. We wouldn't take them anywhere else.
I accidentally got locked out of my running vehicle last night after work. It was 11:00 at night during the snow storm. We called OnStar and they got hold of Mueller's. We figured we would have to wait for hours to get service to get into our vehicle. To our great surprise,the service man was there in about 20 mins. What a savior. He stood out in the cold for about 20mins and BAM! He got the window down so I could get in. Wish I got his name,but the guy deserves a raise! Thank you!
These guys helped us out of a huge jam when our camper lost a tire while driving and we were stranded on the side of the road. They helped us find the tire that had rolled onto a farm and repaired the issue while we took the kids next door to get food. We were a long way from home and didn't know anyone and we are extremely thankful they were available to help us.
Had an issue on a Saturday afternoon and these guys came and took care of me after hours! I was frantic but they had me on the road again quickly! Integrity and honesty is hard to find from a mechanic especially when you’re a woman on the road but these guys have it, they are amazing human beings!

While traveling west on highway 23, I ran over a metal spike that caused my tire to go nearly flat. I googled for a nearby service center and limped my truck to Mueller's. I met Patrick who immediately stopped what he was doing to repair my tire. The owner Mike walked in the shop about 10 minutes into the repair to assist. They had the truck tire all fixed and me back on the road in about 30 minutes total and for a low price. These guys get it! They were quick, kind and fair. I recommend Mueller's!
Awsome service! I was visiting family for the weekend and lost my breaks. Muellers towed my truck to a nearby shop. Professional and pleasant, and fast service. Said he would be to me in 15 minutes and he was! Very grateful.
My car broke down at 6 am and I called to get a tow. Mike was very speedy and polite and helped me get my car back home. On my bill I was accidentally over charged and Mike quickly took care of it and refunded the money. He even called to explain what happened. I would definitely use this service again. Thanks Mike!
I was stranded in Rosendale with no response from AAA across the street from Mueller's on Saturday. I called and they sent someone right away (5 minutes). Even though it was a day off for the technician, he came in. He was working fast because he realized we were running late and delayed by the flat tire. He was professional and got us on the road in under 20 minutes. Very fair price too! If you think good service and integrity is gone, not here! Outstanding service, high quality work.

Was looking for someone to put tires on our vehicle after a blow out and through a FB post Mike reached out to me for an opportunity to gain our business. They were very professional, timely and got us in before Christmas. Some businesses did not even call us back. Customer service are huge to us old school folks and they had great prices too!
Excellent Customer Service. They always answer our questions and give us sound advice without pushing us one way or another. We have had everything from oil changes to car repair to purchasing tires at Mueller's! Love the small town feel but with big town service and knowledge.

Can't say enough about Mike and service received from Mueller's Service Center. Courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond. My expectations were met and exceeded. My car broke down on a Saturday when most places were closed, but Mike from Mueller's Service Center made sure I got home safely and knew the plan for my car.
