These guys were amazing long story short. My drivers side windshield wiper arm had stop working while I was on the highway, 2 hours away from home, while raining. I safely pulled over and googled nearest mechanic , auto body shop, etc. They said they would take a look at it. I finally got there in the pouring rain with one windshield working ON THE Passenger side( not fun) but super great guys, highly personable was going to make every effort to figure out if they needed to order a part or what but was going to make every effort to figure it out. Mins later tech came out and all it was was a loose bolt on my windshield arm. Very thankful there are people like this that are still around.I wanted to give them a hug but lol I didn’t and just gave him a HIGH-FIVE.

Great service from Collision Department team. I received updates from Dave when there were changes in the progress of my vehicle. It was delivered to me on time as promised, completely detailed and with excellent repairs and paint job. Highly recommend the team at Koffman Autoworks!!
I paid $158.84 for a diagnosis on my ac system in a f150 when their appeared to be a blockage in the system based on my gauge checks. I had already replaced the compressor due to the original one failing. The quote was around $1800 for a new compressor, condenser, and expansion valve and labor with an explanation that the entire system needed to be replaced due to the damage from the original compressor. After this terrible quote, I decided to replace the expansion valve myself, I spent a total of $65 on an expansion valve ($42) and tools to complete the job and my AC is back to working as it should. Their poor diagnosis of the system with an extremely inflated quote was a tough lesson to learn to never do business with this shop again.
We were delighted at the attention to detail, ease of them working with our insurance company and the wonderful repair job they did with my handicap van after we had storm damage.
What an awesome job they did with my '23 Toyota Tundra! It took a bit longer than anticipated but I was never nervous as I knew I was in good hands! I didn't expect working on such a high tech vehicle wouldn't come without any minor bumps, but the folks at Koffman's kept me informed and the end result is magnificent! Hope I never have to visit again but if I do it will be with you folks!

We are visiting family in town from North Carolina and our vehicle got sideswiped. Larry and his team took our vehicle in immediately and it looks brand new. Our vehicle was returned in pristine condition. (Which says a lot after an 18 hour roadtrip with three kids in the back seat.) Thanks again to Larry and his team for fixing our vehicle so quickly.
