Really used to love this place, until one day a part was ordered wrong not a big deal I went elsewhere. Then had a tire blow out, covered by yokohama, flash forward to a little over a year and my mechanic in town told me they ordered the wrong tire and had broken the lock for the wheel on top of it…super bummer that 3 things now happened. Won’t be going back, I liked it their too they were personable..guess I understand why now..
Was in a bit of a bind after getting a flat tire, and took the tire in to see if it could be patched. Mind you, I stopped in without an appointment to drop off the tire and they had it patched in a couple hours. What really set them apart for me was that they even squeezed me in to have the tire mounted the same day, again, all without an appointment and me having work/childcare issues to work around. My dad used to own an auto repair shop so I know how challenging it can be when people stop in without an appointment, but these guys got me in, did a great job, and were very friendly and communicative. Great to have a business like this in Augusta!
Exceptional service! You don't find many places like this anymore! Heading north for the long weekend and we blew a boat tire which also took out the brake light. Steve not only replaced 2 tires but also went to the auto part store to get a brake light for us. We were back on the road in 30 mins. Thank you!!
Brought my car in for hot temps when on my way to work. I had no appointment, walked in and asked if they could take a look at it for me. They fit me in their schedule, called me before they did any work on it and gave me an estimate to see if I would like to peruse the work. Two days later and my car had a coolant leak fixed with other recommended and necessary maintenance. Recommend coming here. Friendly, affordable, efficient, and the car runs better than when I dropped it off.
Steve is the hardest working and most honest working American in the country! Staying open 6 hours past closing to help change my tire the blew out on the side of the highway!
Crooks!!! Lied to my elderly aunt that lives in assisted living. Told her he put a new battery in it. Took it to another shop because it still wouldn’t start. They confirmed it was not a new battery. Also said he switched out the motor for her window and didn’t actually fix that either. Also they kept her jumper cables and thought she wouldn’t notice?!? Wow! Awful! We’ll be going to the loft in Osseo. They aren’t liars like these people 😡
So thankful we have Steve and the Augusta Tire and Auto team in town. In addition to being my go-to for oil changes and maintenance needs they came to our rescue when we had a truck and trailer crash into our parked car!
Got my fender flares and steps out on here. Rates were affordable. Only issue was they missed some hardware on flare and when I picked it up they used a flat head screw to mount it and it looks like crap cuz tie or sure bows in the flare so there's a big simple on flare and an ugly flat head screw exposed.
I cannot say enough about the service. My sons were on they're way to our cabin and broke down outside of town. Not only did they tow them in right away, they had the truck fixed later that afternoon. Great service, great honest people! And the cost was super reasonable. Thank you again!
I had the hood of my Rav4 painted by Nate. He did exactly what I wanted. PERFECT color match and BEST price around. Done in 2 days and a free loaner car to boot. FIVE STARS!!!

Took my car in for an overheating issue and they were able to work with the existing damage from a deer strike, and gave my car back in physically better condition than when I took it in.
It took some work to get some more communication from them, but seeing how much business they have, it’s easy to understand not getting a call back immediately- but after receiving the service I did, I can understand why they attract so much business!
Would recommend to all.

Good day, fellow RV Wisconsinits. We need to place a huge thank-you to a facility that went far above what was expected. Augusta Tire & Auto Services, Augusta, Wisconsin provided us with unprecedented cost for our Toyo tires and complete yearly service change and check. Went over our rig with a fine tooth comb and could have come out the back side charging us a fortune. Gave us very detailed results on the inspection and did not charge for any of these checks. Again, if you need service and are able to stop into this shop, Steve is the owner, and I highly recommend them. 2015 Tiffin Red, 36QSA DP.

Ive had to go here for years since i started to drive, been very helpful. Had my check engine light on for a day and took my car in the same day with a quick fix.

While traveling past Augusta my truck broke down. I was towed and repaired the same afternoon. These guys are the best. Pleasant, fast, honest and fair pricing! Thank you all.
These guys did some work on my brakes and replaced a battery for me. Can't complain about the job but I asked them to call with an estimate and that didn't happen. Also I asked the lady at the front desk if the battery came with a warranty and all she said was "I have no idea" and left it at that.
Bought a SUV there, 2 days later had to do a complete brake job, while in the shop found the dipstick tube to the transmission was broken off and zip tied in place to cover up it was broke. This vehicle was supposedly inspected. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. Beware... their prices are low because they sell vehicles with problems and don't care. They just want the money.
We bought a van from them and we didn’t notice it didn’t have a spare tire. We got home a week later we got a letter from them saying they have a spare tire and cover for our van! So we set up an appointment to have them install it and we got there and there was no tire and no cover. Three months later only calling once a month to check up on them they said they would drop it off at our house...... we still don’t have a spare tire. Why would you say you have something for us and make an appointment to install it?We live just over an hour away.

While tent camping at Coon Fork County Park, my car’s coolant system started spewing antifreeze. The folks at Augusta Tire came over within 15 minutes of my call, were unable to do the repair on the spot, apologized, pulled my car onto their truck, took it into their shop about 5 miles away, used the specialized tools needed, and delivered my car back to me within 2 hours. If you are having car problems anywhere within 50 miles of Augusta, Do Call Them. They Simply Are the Best!
When we first moved up here, we got a flat tire late on a Saturday morning. Augusta Auto was able to fix the tire quickly for an extremely fair price and kept us moving. Since then we have brought our personal vehicles in for regular servicing along with heavier duty Diesel servicing, DOT inspections, and emergency brake jobs for our company vehicles. Always fair pricing, they will fit you in if it is an emergency, and are knowledgeable in explaining what they are seeing. Communication on letting you know when the work is done could be improved though.
This place may have great prices but the service is terrible!! I've made two appointments and both times (the only two times) the tires we've needed weren't available! The first time they'd actually sold our tires to someone else. We then had to settle for a set that we didn't want in the first place. In spite of this situation and the affordability of the service, I decided to try again. Well fool me twice shame on me and I paid the price. I drove 40 minutes only to find out they didn't have my tires in their inventory as they promised. To add some icing on the cake they only had 2 replacement tires available AND they were going to make me wait until after their lunch break to start. You certainly get the terrible service you pay for
