I was in town from Florida visiting a friend of mine. I went in there to have some parts put on to finish a tire alignment. I knew I needed a couple of other more major repairs done that I had been putting off. I asked Todd if he might have time to do these repairs and he said no problem. He is a very friendly and honest person. The first batch of parts needed were not right, which was no fault of Todd’s. He got the right parts ordered right away and did not charge me for the extra cost. He knew I was in a time crunch and got me back on the road. I would highly recommend Todd and his team!!
During our recent trip from Michigan to Yellowstone National Park, the transmission died leaving us stranded in "no-where" Wisconsin at 11pm.
With poor cell coverage and few options of where to go and how to get there, we spent the night in the vehicle. In the morning I found ways to put calls out for assistance. Aaron from Rodell arrived as scheduled, and hauled us the 1.5 hours to Eau Claire, WI. It was refreshing hearing Aaron speak highly about his employer during our trip, so keep up the good work!
Afterwards, Aaron thoughtfully drove us to the airport car rental so we could return home from our failed journey.

Our vehicle broke down on our way to Hayward(on a Saturday). Jason happened to be at the shop when we drove by on the tow truck. He got us back on the road within 2 hours. They realistically undercharged us and I would take my vehicle back to them any time.
I can't say enough about this company. As an owner and operator of an out-of-state tow truck company, I instantly felt that dispatch was very pleasant and understanding of how meaningful my truck was to me. The lady dispatched Aaron, and within 20 minutes, he was on the scene. Since my custom dually is much wider than a typical vehicle, Aaron was more than happy to go back to the shop and get the right tow truck for the job, which also had soft straps. I can't thank you enough for how considerate you were to my pride and joy. To anyone else with a classic car, I hope you see this post.
Rodell Towing saved the day! We were stranded on a dirt road with spotty cell service and Todd came to our rescue. 10/10 recommend. It was our first experience needing a tow truck and he explained everything in detail with a smile . If we ever need towing services we will be calling Rodell.
We had just bought a new-to-us vehicle on Saturday. Less than 24 hours later, the vehicle stopped working suddenly on I-94 in construction with our son at the wheel. AAA sent Rodell Towing to the rescue. The driver was there in minutes and towed our vehicle to their shop. They checked out the vehicle first thing Monday morning and determined the engine had seized and was no longer functional. Todd was extremely helpful in our really unfortunate situation. He even helped us scrap our now useless vehicle. We would highly recommend Rodell for your towing and service needs. Great service and wonderful people!

I was referred to Rodell through Discount tire in Eau Claire, Wi. Kudos to Discount Tire. But that’s a different review. As a “ backyard mechanic “, I’ve always repaired my own vehicles to save money I didn’t even have. At 65, I no longer care for busted knuckles. Nonetheless, trust is difficult in today’s dog eat dog mentality. Rodell recovery makes it the right choice. Absolutely tremendous, knowledgeable staff, pleasant interactions and sparkling clean waiting area. The feeling of being welcome is very real and refreshing. All mechanics labor is expensive today. Owning a vehicle is expensive. So if you have to spend, these folks are the best for your buck. I went to them for repairs on my truck but found they are multi faceted. I contacted them to repair critical systems on my 1997, Pace Arrow Vision RV. There were no surprise charges, work was completed timely and I was informed/involved in all phases. Not only will I refer any and all of my friends to them, I’ve already scheduled more labor on another vehicle. It goes without saying, this company is slated to become your new mechanics. You won’t be sorry.
Long story short, Todd and Jason are miracle workers! After Marq××××t Ch××××let charged almost $4,000 for repairs on my 2014 Impala, many electrical issues remained. So i took my car to Rodell towing and in less than half an hour everything was fixed! And for almost $4,000 less i might add They are amazing guys and I am so grateful to them. Thank you, Todd and Jason! It's so nice to know that I finally found a shop i can trust. I am a customer for life! Oh, and the shop is BEAUTIFUL!! Y'all have got to check it out!
They will take advantage of you when you’re down on your luck. I had an accident they came for a tow through the local police department and tried to get me not to use my AAA so they would get my outta pocket pay. I still used my tow. When I got to the location I wanted the driver and I discussed taking it to a further location because I was still on the flatbed it would have been a part of my free tow. When he called his dispatch she claimed “ she didn’t want to loan her driver out for that long at that moment” but assured me they could come back and grab my car later that evening and it wouldn’t cost me anything since she would be making a note of it for the other dispatcher. When I got a call back that night I was told she had a “non descriptive call with AAA where she was informed I needed to make another claim through their tow company for a new tow which would get them paid for two claims for one tow. Swindlers and liars watch out.
I needed a tow for our work truck. The starter went out at a customers house and this company was fast and efficient. The driver Craig was very nice and helped me with a ride to the repair shop. I would recommend them with a 10/10. Thank you for your service.

THE BEST! On the weekend of July 13th, I woke up to find I had a flat tire. I wasted time trying to find a garage that was actually open on Saturday, so I filed a claim through insurance. They gave me an ETA of 45 mins, and the tower--I /think/ it was Aaron--contacted me immediately and gave new ETA as five minutes. EXCELLENT. Since I was visiting the area, I did not know who would be open. Aaron did! We brought the car to Discount Tires who were as equally as helpful. So glad Aaron knew about them and their hours. I told him that his service turned my day around and was even better than my insurance! Thank you, Rodell Towing!
Todd was amazing! Kept me posted before I even knew where my car was. Had all repair covered, worked with insurance even before her knew i was contacting them. Sent us all photos. I couldn't ask for better service from someone I've never even had the opportunity to meet. I would definitely recommend for towing or any repairs. Roadside assistance for lockout contracted Rodell Towing. I was given a 45-75 minute estimate. Within 14 minutes, I was contacted by the driver, he was only minutes away. From the time my claim was filed and keys in hand, was 21 minutes. Driver was kind and professional. Highly recommend. They deserve the high rating they have. Bravo Rodell Towing! Above and beyond service! My car broke down at 6pm and Todd was able to help me out immediately. Not only was he so knowledgeable about the issue, he was able to tow me and have it fixed the next day! As a female it can be extremely intimidating to need car repairs but at no time was I sold something I didn’t need. Service was extremely affordable. This is the second time I have been towed by them. Both times they were just amazing. Aaron towed my car today and I had to work but he called to let me know he was on his way, way faster than I was quoted by the road side people (state farm) I was not in a rush so I called the office and the nicest lady answered and I explained it could be done anytime this week and she said oh no hell be there soon I was blown away at how quick that was as I just entered it. Everyone was beyond friendly I wil definitely recommend you to everyone. Good towing is really hard to find trust me. You guys are amazing. Thank you!!
