I thought I was going to be stranded out in Ridgeland WI when my truck started knocking. Called them panicking, asking if they could help or tow me back home.. they dropped what they were doing to check my truck, helped me determine that it wasn't an immediate concern. These guys are awesome!
Don’t recommend going here if you want ur car done ASAP. Been waiting for my car for over a month now. They take a long time and never call back when you call asking how long it would take or how much it would cost. Wasted my time telling me they couldn’t do anything to fix my car after waiting for month. The guy never call when ur car is ready so you always have to come to the shop and check yourself. This is my last time going to this shop and I’m never coming back. I recommend going to Spluger in Elk Mound, they always do it the same day and isn’t a time waster.
I live 25 miles away from Corey's and have and will always make my way to it when needed. Finally mechanics I can trust! They care and they're affordable. I highly recommend Corey's, 5 stars!
Called the “24” towing service number 3 times on February 2 never got an answer. Definitely not “24” service I just ended up calling my insurance company instead.
I went to Cory's a few times. He never once even asked for my name. I always talked with him before bringing the car in and he would never remember what we talked about. He would tell me he would call me and never would, I had to keep calling him. And it was never done or even looked at by the time he said. I went to Ryan's Repair and have never looked back!!!
I've been going to Corey's Repair & Towing for a couple of years now. He's towed my vehicle twice and does all of my repairs. I drive an hour to have him fix my vehicle when something isn't right with it. They are very professional and very respectful and honest don't find that at many garages. Corey's Repair & Towing will treat you fair and not high priced I truly recommend them about any other and I will not go to any other Garage.
Corey's shop is by far the best shop I have worked with. Extremely friendly and reasonable. I feel that there very honest. If u need your vehicle fixed bring here u won't be disappointed

I drive in from out of town to have this shop service my car. Trustworthy, affordable, consistently competent, and respectful. I recommend them to every one I know.
To sum it up I paid for a fuel pump that they didn't fix. When I kept having issues with my car over and over again afterwards I was bringing it into a Ford dealership sense Coreys auto repair claimed to fix it ford was looking into other things it could've been. Kept striking out. After the fourth time of bringing it in they double check the fuel pump and said it was never replaced. In fact that it crumbled up on site. When I addressed this with the owner of Corey's. His response was pretty wishy-washy. For what he charged me he said it was too low and once he double checked what was on my receipt then said yes that's what they did. When I told him about the issues I was having he tried to steer it in the direction that the Ford dealership was ripping me off. When I told him that Ford fixed my fuel pump and after that it worked his response was oh . The Ford dealership has a very high reputation that my father has worked at for what I believe is about 18 years now. Any time I've ever brought my car to them in the past I've had no issues. Then the owner tried to tell me I had a lifetime warranty on my fuel pump which was never once addressed to me prior. I think that was a desperate a ploy to make it sound like they did more than they did. So what I thought would be a Quality fix wound up costing me thousands of dollars. So maybe if you're getting a very small repair these guys are capable. But if it's something that's going to be a big expense i'd strongly recommend finding a more professional auto place .
