Do not use this company to tow your vehicle. My vehicle broke down one night so I had to call a tow truck. I wanted the vehicle to be taken to my house. The driver said that he looked at my vehicle and it was only a 50 dollar part that it needed. He also said it would only be a couple hundred for the fix through them. I reluctantly agreed for them to take it. That was a big mistake... They took forever for the quote and ended up wanting 1100 to fix my car. Way more than what I was originally told. I was not gonna pay that much when the vehicle only cost me 1700 in the first place. So I asked them to tow it to my house in elk mound because they lied about the cost. They said I would need to pay the 225 dollars again. To a house that is right in elk mound. In the end they just offered me 100 dollars for the car... a car that would run and drive. They told my dad that the ball joint needed to be replaced.

If there was a zero option…. I would leave a zero. Hook N Go claimed they were on their way, and left me waiting for over 4 hours in 6 degree weather, well below zero with the wind. Myself and several others attempted to make contact with them on their many different listed phone numbers, to no avail. I hope the business their staff are okay!

Hook N Go was contracted by Budget road side assistance to tow my rental car back to the Minneapolis airport. They did not return the car for 12 days! It took many texts and phone calls to get Johnny to do his job and return the car. He refused to provide any proof that the car was returned. Johnny is rude and dishonest. Do not use this company.

Austin from Hook n Go provided phenomenal service. He was a very pleasant young man and very professional. He accommodated my unique requests quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent! I would recommend Hook n Go to everyone!

Eli has an incredible business he's running. This man is excellent and will get you taken care of fast and DAMAGE FREE!!! He is great. Austin is another guy I deal with over there and he is a great guy also. Good people. Honest men!!

I am thankful for the guy that had stopped and helped us after getting so much snow tonight! He showed a lot of care for us and made sure that we got to a safe space to park while we waited for our friends. I’m glad we still have some great people out there thanks to Eli we stayed warm and safe tonight!

Highly recc. Austin came out to help me after I made one call to them for help. They were faster than my auto insurance company which said they couldn't locate anyone to provide assistance. Don't hesitate to give them a ring!

Mr Ford was very pleasant and extremely helpful. It didn’t take long for him to send Austin here who was very anxious to get started and went right to it. My car was started and moved in under 10 minutes.

Austin came and got my friend and I after hitting a pothole and blowing our front tire. A very kind gentleman and happily let the cat ride passenger so she wasn’t left in the car while getting towed. Lovely service, super appreciated! Thank you Austin!

My friend and I got a flat tire on the interstate and Austin was absolutely amazing. We had a cat in the car and he was very friendly and accommodating, even helping us find a place to get a new tire. Thank you Austin, you were a life saver!

Had a flat tire Austin was dispatched to come and help change it when we realized I did not have the key for my tires he towed me on the way to a shop he heard how I wouldn't be able to get my truck back until the next day he towed me into the shop and fixed my tire within 15 minutes when it was time to pay the shop manager Eli did not charge me for the tow and only for the labor of my tire. This is the type of hospitality only seen at a local smaller shop had I had gone to one of the bigger names I would've spent 500$+. Great people and great service will be back again!

Had Austin come and unlock my car he was there in a timely fashion and unlock the car in less than five minutes. Very happy with the service. Thank you, Austin.

I have a Jaguar that I was unable to jump start because of the battery location, and needed it to be towed to a auto shop. Austin the driver for Hook N Go towing was very careful with the vehicle and he found a secondary location to jump the battery in the trunk. Great that I was able to drive the Jag out of the garage and Austin load it on the flat bend and off to the Auto shop. *Austin was excellent to work with* Thank you Austin and HOOK N GO! Austin was a hero for my family and I! We broke down 3 hours away from home on a busy highway and he made sure we were quickly to safety. They made quick arrangements to get someone to us to get our small baby out of harms way. And even helped us find a hotel to stay in until we could fix our car.

Austin was amazing! We were on our way to MN for a hockey tournament had a tire/brake issue. He pulled the tire off and knew exactly what the issue was and got us the part, fixed it on-site. He checked the other side to make sure it was ok and then we were on our way. Saved us a lot of money and went above and beyond what was expected. THANK YOU AUSTIN! You saved our weekend!

A real spectacular service. The driver, Austin, made it out to my house twice to assist me. First time for a jump start, second time for a tow. On both visits, he was very polite and friendly and did his job like a pro. Today wasn't the best, but it was reassuring to know there are tow truck drivers like him out there. Grade A+, 5 stars, the whole deal. These guys are awesome.
