Amazing experience with this company! We were stuck in Port Wing with a dead SUV and had the best service from Ryan. Arrived in a timely way, figured out how to get a jammed gear shifter locking wheels onto the truck and then went above his duty to help my friend who had difficulty bending her knees get into the tow truck cab. We were in a tough spot and ended up safely back at our cabin with superior assistance by Superior Towing! Thanks again!
Frank Odennell is the absolute worst person in association with this company. He treats customers horribly and chases down businesses they work for to talk poorly about them. This man has a screw loose. I will absolutely never work with you again. Do not work with this company ever they overcharge and damage vehicles.

I hit a deer with my SUV about 12 miles down US-2 on 9/1/24. I called AAA for a tow and Superior towing came out. They towed my car to their lot. I rented a car and drove home to Neenah. Since it was a holiday weekend, and I was 300 miles away, I couldn't get anyone at the ins co until the 3rd or do anything with the SUV. I called superior towing early on the 3rd and told them I was working with the ins co and did they have any recco for a repair shop. They suggested one. So far OK... now here's what triggers the 1star: During a conf call with them & my ins co later on the 3rd, I told them that I was going with the ins co recommended repair shop. Superior towing seemed put off that I didn't use their recco. They then informed us that the tow and 3 days of storage (at $100/ day) was over $850. When the ins co rep asked about picking up the car, they informed them that their towing co wasn't allowed on their yard (insurance reasons they said) and that they would have to tow the car to the repair shop across town. Total cost was over $1000 for my initial tow, storage and tow to the repair shop. I haven't needed a tow in a long time, but this seems way out of line, especially $100 a day to have the car in their lot.
Absolutely horrible, I brought my car in for alignment quote 4000$, I politely declined, they proceeded then to hold my car for ransom, stating I would have to purchase tires or pay for a tow. After calling them out for this, they added more charges, finally after arguing and threatening to call the police, they told me to take my vehicle! Literally 7 days later my car stopped working. Sabotage anyone, good business speaks for itself bad business leaves a horrible taste in your mouth, If you value your vehicle, steer clear of these thieves
I very stupidly locked my keys in my car this morning and the gentleman that came out to get them out was very fast and efficient and didn't make me feel like an idiot. I would definitely call them again.
Second time using this company. They are a very honest and respectful. I have had two different tow truck drivers and they were both great. Would recommend to anyone. If you need a tow call them!
Let me tell you, this place is outstanding! I called for a quote to get tires put on my jeep! They gave me a fair price and was told he had to order them and they’d be in a couple day, which I got a phone call couple days later that the tires came in! Now let’s talk about the shop, while they had the tires off they checked EVERYTHING, told me my brakes where at 25% and they should be replaced soon! I just wanna say they are outstanding and I’m completely happy with my service!! Thank you for taking care of my jeep while it was in your care
The worst towing company I have ever used. Not only did they have the freeway blocked off with their tow truck with no warning on a corner in a blizzard. But then charged me 300 dollars to pull me out the ditch when it was their fault I was in the ditch to begin with. Jerks caused 4 vehical to go in the ditch. In the middle of pulling me out they ended up just leaving and came back 2 hours later. And if I didn’t have the 300 on me they were gonna take my vehical. Sounds like a scam and something needs to be done with tow company’s like this. I will be sueing them. For damages and for my tow money back
I have taken all my vehicles to Bob’s! Everyone there is so kind, honest, fair and they speak to you in a way that YOU can understand! If you have the chance check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Bob is the best car shop in the town and arguably all of Wisconsin! We went to his shop right before closing on the weekend on July 4th. Not only did he stay to help us on Friday after his shop closed down, but he came back on the the holiday weekend to fix our car, so we wouldn't be stranded since we were from out of town. He did his very best to help us and we will remember his kindness forever. Thank you Bob!! We appreciate you so much!
Bob is a very nice and honest guy. Definitely gained a new customer and I'll be back with any more issues. My vehicle broke down and they came and towed it to the shop. He said they wouldn't be able to get it in until Friday but I got a call Thursday afternoon that it was ready to go. I appreciate Bob and his team! Thank you!
Bob is a great stand up guy. I didn't have my money to get my jeep out of the shop when I thought I would have it because of a payroll issue and he was patient and understanding. He also did a great job on my jeep
They got me in the same day I called. They fixed the problem and had me out the door in under an hour. Not every problem would be this quickly fixed, but that was my experience today! By the way....the dealership said 3 weeks to get the van in to have a look. Then I called Bob.
One of the best places to get your car taken care of. They don't rip off people with their prices and are very real. However, is customer service is your thing I would steer clear. Bob tends to always be great, along with whoever you get behind the counter. However, calling to set up an appt is often a nightmare with no answering machine or a busy tone. I've had to drive an hour there and home just to set up an appt!! Like holy cats. Other than that, it's been great working with these guys.
Bobs South tower is by far,thee place to go for your car repair and service. When they say honesty is the best policy, this place is the example they went by . Very friendly service and the best team in the business. I've never been disappointed only surprised at times .I recommend this place because of my years of business with this place . That still doesn't mean there are other great mechanic establishments out there because there is. I hope this helps some people .

Bob is exceptional. I stopped in today because I couldn't get the ball hitch off of my truck. Bob stop putting was doing and took the time to help me out. Class guy all the way.

One of the worst experiences of my like..they were able to fit me in to put my snow tires on the front of my vehicle. So after only driving it two times..I thought I had a flat tires because of all the noise In the driver's side was making..so I stopped twice alongside of the road after working night shift; no flat and I even pushed on the wheels because I thought maybe it was a front end part. So fortunately I was not on the high bridge( luckily just left the bridge) but to my dismay my tire was almost due to loose lugnuts!! So thankful I wasn't involved in a collision. So now today after all that; I ordered two new tires last week from them to be placed on at 10am today and low n behold no tires! So they quoted me $79 a tire when the order was placed and had to pay $99 a tire. Which I offered to go and pick them up myself. It sure was a bad experience..plus I believe some of the employees chuckled. No apologies no discount for the bad experience..trust me if I wasn't in a rock n a hard spot I would've went elsewhere. Gosh I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else..my family was quite upset..then my friend checked my tire pressure and they were all off..my car was driving poorly
I've done business with them before usually they are pretty decent but this time kind of grinded my gears a little. I had a power steering hose Leak and went in to get a quote they ended quoting me higher than the dealership was going to almost 100$ more. Would I go back yeah probably but I wouldn't say they're the best price in town depending on what the job is.
...... Friendly, honest, experienced. I had been dealing with an electrical problem on my foreign car for two months .... Two other shops could not find the problem. Shane spotted the problem within five minutes, fixed it within a half hour. Bob's is now my "go to" repair shop!!! Thank you gentlemen.
Bob and his crew are top-notch! I have been to many auto shops over the years, and this place by far has been the best. They run a professional, friendly, and honest shop. I have a van that is kind of "needy", and Bob has always done a great job, and only what needed to be done. I drive away from the garage knowing that the job was done right and that I got a good price. I highly recommend shopping around to find the best garage for you, but I will tell you this, I have found the right place with Bob's South Tower Auto and his crew!
