I was assigned Anytime towing for roadside assistance. Waited over 2 hours. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. My insurance couldn't reach them either. Voice-mail box was full. I was reassigned to a different tow company. That company called me within 15 minutes with a 10 minute eta! I wish I was assigned to them first. I think that Anytime Towing should stop doing roadside assistance if they can't be contacted. Seems like others had have similar experiences.
Used my roadside assistance due to a motorcycle breakdown. These guys accepted the job and then canceled it.
I ended up sitting there for 3 hours until another company was contacted and got me and my bike home.
If you're not going to do the job, don't say you will.
This towing company was contracted through a progressive roadside assistance call. I waited over 2 hours and they said they were on the way. They never showed up and would not answer their phone. Terrible.
CAR NOT DELIVERED AFTER TOW: My insurance company arranged a tow with Anytime Towing and Transport late Monday night (8/11/25), and the car was supposed to be delivered to the repair shop. Four days later, it still has not arrived. Despite repeated attempts by my insurance company, the repair shop, and me to contact the company and arrange delivery, there has been no response. At this point, I do not know the location of my vehicle. I will update this review if the situation is resolved, but based on my experience so far, I strongly advise others to use caution before hiring this company.
My husband got stuck in our front yard with his work truck and anytime stopped and helped us out quick. They were kind and were fair with pricing.

Worst towing company I have ever dealt with!! Waited hours and hours. The guy on the phone and said they where there 10 minutes ago to pick the vehicle up, I said that's not true I have been sitting here for hours. The ladies at the gas station ever looked at the cameras they where never there!! Horrible Company! The guy kept saying giving excuses, nightmare
With a wheel falling off our boat trailer, 450 miles from home, Anytime Towing and Transport came to our rescue. Great people and service. I can't recommend them enough!
4/19/2025 I contacted Allstate Roadside for a flat tire. Allstate sent J.R. with Anytime Towing. 4:50 p.m. J.R. constantly complained about how he worked all night and didn't feel good but, his boss made him go out on the call. J.R. wanted to charge additional, cash only $80 no credit card, to repair tire. After discussion he called someone, he accepted credit card information. I explained Allstate would cover but he needed payment until they send payment. That was not true and I was stuck between a rock and a hard spot... There was a large bubble in the side of the tire. I suggest he put too much air in the tire. He put 40+ p.s.i. and it should have been 32. When I told him he let air out. J.R. said tire was OK to drive. Appox. 4 mi. on highway the tire blew. 5:40 p.m. J.R. came to my location and said he would go get a tire and be right back. He also took my tire repair tool. ($40.00) 7:42p.m. I called Anytime Towing. No answer, No callback. 8:21 p.m. called J.R. No answer, No callback, No Text... (I am a senior citizen and veteran) After being left and no contact from Anytime Towing, I made other arrangements.
10:00 p.m. (Over 4 hours later) J.R. sent me a text asking where I was and wanted to charge me more money. For what? Shame on him, trying to take advantage of a Senior! 4/26/25 2:27 p.m. & 2:29 p.m. I sent text to Anytime Towing. They were read but, not responded to. 4/28/25 10:07 a.m. I called Anytime Towing and spoke with Dan. I explained the situation and he assured me the tool would be returned etc. and he would contact his boss Gary. Dan would not give me Gary's last name. Seemed odd. I did not hear back from anyone. 4/29/25 1:19 p.m. I tried to call Anytime Towing, no answer and their mailbox was full.
Got a flat tire on our pickup truck. Anytime Towing responded quickly. They came and changed out the flat tire for the spare. It took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road.
Anytime Towing & Transport helped me out of a tough situation, by hauling my unoperable vehicle from my residence in Superior to Sonju Motors in Two Harbors Mn. Allowing me to ride with in order to handle the situation with Sonju Motors. And gave me a ride back to Superior dropping me off at my home. All at a reasonable price that saved me over a hundred dollars, compared to the competitors .Thank you Anytime Towing & Transport, you guys are awesome. I will highly recommend you to all my friends and family.
My insurance company let me down when I needed a lockout on Christmas Eve but they did send me the number to these guys. Quick to respond, helpful and efficient and all on Christmas Eve. Highly recommended.

If you need a good tow/ wrecker service who isnt just about making money Well Anytime Towing and Transport Is the person to call. Its still really good people out there. The owner wasnt even in his wrecker and saw I needed a boost and stopped, even with his wife in the car and gave me a jumped. I was at a hotel in Fridley, Minnesota and It was COLD, It was 3 Degrees that morning and he stopped and said, He couldn’t leave me stranded! I saw your license plates said Texas. A REALLY GREAT GUY! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!!
In June/July 2024, this company was dispatched to my home for service through roadside assistance. It took 4 hours for them to arrive.
On Friday evening, I called roadside assistance and Anytime Transport was again dispatched. After waiting over 2 hours, I attempted to call them for a more accurate ETA. They didn’t answer the call, voicemail was full, nor did they respond to SMS message.
At that point, the ETA was extended another 40 minutes. They still didn’t arrive. It was extended again - 30 more minutes. I called roadside assistance again and had the job reassigned. Anytime Transport was contacted prior to reassignment- they said 10 minutes away. It took 20 minutes to reassign and they never showed up.
This company is unreliable- I waited a total of 4 1/2 hours. After reassignment to a different towing service - 20 minutes! No representative from Anytime Transport ever even contacted me.
Called out for a jumpstart at 10p.m. on a Friday night. Driver called to let us know he was on his way, was professional and friendly. Time to arrival was short. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Will absolutely keep Anytime Towing and Transport in my contacts for future problems and share with friends for all auto emergency needs!
We have been dealing with a tow situation with an out of state vehicle. Dan has gone over and above to walk us through the whole situation. He has been a source of calm, reason, and encouragement for far longer than could have been expected and although we are still in process, I am confident that he will continue to work for the best outcome for all parties. Highly recommend!
I needed a flat tire changed in my driveway. I used my insurance company’s roadside assistance app, filled out the request for help online and Anytime Towing and Transfer was contacted to assist me. The service provider, JR, called me a few minutes after I completed the request to inform me that he would be to my house in about 20 minutes. He arrived quickly and changed my tire fast and efficiently. JR was professional, kind, and personable. I would, without question, use and recommend Anytime Towing and Transfer in the future should the need arise.

If you’re looking for an honest, reputable, and reliable towing service with exceptional customer service, you will find it at Anytime Towing. My car broke down during the Labor Day Weekend, which ruined my plans and left me stranded. Although it was a very frustrating and stressful experience, I immediately felt at ease when I called Anytime towing and talked to Dan, the owner. Within an hour of calling him, he came by personally and picked up my key and had my car towed to the garage of my preferred mechanic. This is the only towing company I will use going forward. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
Anytime Towing in Superior is much more reliable than the other guys you can choose from! They were able to help me out in a dire situation especially at a very late time of the night! Special shout out goes to their mechanic Leon, he was very helpful and overall professional about the whole thing. If you are in a tight spot and need your car towed and worked on, these are your guys!!

Dan, the driver, placed a clear priority on getting me to the rental car agency that was supplying my replacement car before they closed. He was also a good safe driver and wonderfully friendly. He made an otherwise stressful experience considerably less so while getting the job done well .
Very nice and courteous driver. Turned up the ac for my small dog which was hit and scared. Quick response and efficient at hook up and drop off. A huge thank you!!
Anytime Towing and Transport was super quick to send out a rollback and their pricing was reasonable. The only thing that could have been better is the receipt - because I was having it reimbursed by my insurance company, the entering of accurate information would have been helpful, e.g. Is the vehicle drivable? They entered Yes when the answer should have been No. I will be sure to check over the receipt should I happen to find myself in the same predicament. But they were easy to deal with and exceptionally fast. Thanks again for your services!
SCAMMERS! Hopefully others can avoid this nightmare, don’t trust anything other than a tow. I had a wheel bearing fail while coming through town. I had a replacement assembly, but the nut seized to the spindle and we couldn’t break it off. I was going to have it towed to a boat dealership but the owner stated they fix trailer wheel bearings and axles all the time. This was my major mistake. The next week I get a call stating the spindle is shot which I figured was the case. I asked if they could get a replacement axle and they stated they found one for almost the same price as I priced out at home and told them to go ahead with it. When I went to pick it up an old guy in the shop was bragging about a video he made about the repair and how good the welding was. There shouldn’t have been any welding. A new axle should have just been bolted on in place of the old one, an hour of work for any shop. Instead they told a kid that welds who told me he has never worked on trailers to just hack off the spindle and weld a new one on “to make the customer happy.” This was a $500 labor charge for work that shouldn’t be needed in the first place. The kid felt bad and knocked some off money off of his time as he was only doing what he was told. I paid the balance and just wanted to get my boat and get it out of the junk yard it was sitting in. I only made it 200 miles and my tires were wearing horribly as the axle was no longer true and level. I ended up needing a new axle and tires which were cheaper than the entire repair and welding labor charges they scammed me on. Don’t expect anything other than a tow and make sure it goes to a more reputable shop.
I didn't have the tool to drop my spare from underneath, but he brought some with him. He wasn't able to get my spare down, so instead, took the tire to an auto shop so we could see if it could be repaired or replaced. He waited while we got the newer tire on the rim. He came back with the tire and put it on without any problems. Both the company and the driver reminded me to check my lug nuts again after 50 miles. The driver was very nice with what needed to be done. I am grateful for your service as I live an hour away from work, and while I'm having a rough day he made it a little better just by having a good attitude and trying to help. Thank you!!!!
Absolutely Amazing Service!! On Friday night my car broke down after grabbing dinner. I could see it was a front-end/suspension problem, it was so bad my car would not steer properly & eventually stopped altogether. I managed to get it off the road & left it till the next day but after doing a search I could not find a mechanic open on Saturdays. I have Progressive w/road side assistance & arranged for a tow to my house. I got a call from Dan at Anytime with some questions regarding the location so I asked if he knew of a shop open, Dan told me they had a shop that is open on weekends. I asked him to take my car to his shop & give me an estimate. The next day, Sunday, Dan called me & told me my car was ready & it was only a broken tie-rod, the total cost for repair was only $200!!! I was prepared to pay 10X that much!! I picked it up Sunday afternoon & it runs perfect. Not only is Anytime great at what they do but they are clearly a very honest & trustworthy business! I will be using them in the future! Thanks again for your great service!!
This towing company is amazing. I have roadside service through progressive and needed a tow due to a flat tire with an extremely fast leak. They were dispatched and arrived very quickly. The gentleman that did the tow was amazing. He went above and beyond with service. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative, etc. I definitely recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.
Rapid response to roadside assistance when called, however, the driver left mud all over the interior of my brand new vehicle, everywhere he touched there was mud- inside door handle, shifter, steering wheel, center council, etc. Spoke to someone who works there on multiple occasions, never to the owner directly, said they would mail a gift certificate to a local detailing shop and two months later, no gift certificate and ignored phone calls to the business lines. Not impressed with their customer service.
Blew a tire and bearing on boat trailer. Driver showed up a ways out of town pretty quickly and loaded and towed safely home. Great service. Friendly driver
