As an assistant manager at a large corporation, I understand the importance of people skills and empathy in customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at this Napa location have been disappointing. The staff, particularly an older gentleman who appears tied to the store’s ownership, consistently delivers sarcastic and condescending remarks. When I visited to inquire about a key replacement for a broken fob, instead of offering helpful guidance or suggesting a locksmith, he dismissively said, “Happy Trails.” This was unprofessional and disrespectful. While the store itself is standard, this lack of basic courtesy makes it unappealing. I’d rather order parts online than endure such interactions. Poor customer service overshadows any convenience this location offers.
Scott and his staff are amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they need! Definitely go here if you need parts! If they don't have it they will get it for you!
Hey, I just wanted to say Napa in Solon Springs has been too helpful on several occasions while I’m passing through Solon. They have helped me fill up my tire, this last time they helped me check a Jet Ski battery cleaned off the connections tightened it up. I just have received very good service. Glad to have them in this neck of the woods.

So much snow packed in our tires made the car all shaky over 60. Pulled off to get it out and a very nice young man came out to ask if we needed help. He confirmed it was a tire balance issue and suggested getting as much out as we can and a car wash to melt it. Did the trick! No bumpy ride on the way back to Chicago!
Quality parts, very time oriented with a good attitude, and honest business. Hard to ask for much more. The two times I have called for tires to be mounted they get it done as soon as possible.

Everyone here was awesome I needed air for a tire and they filled it and let me borrow a grease gun to fill the wheel bearings if I every need car stuffs and I'm in the area I'll be going here!
This NAPA store is very helpful! My husband
needed some tire work done. They found the leak, it happened to be around the rim. So he took the tire off the rim and ground it smooth, then mounted the tire. I asked how much and he said no charge. Great guy great place.

Needed some diesel DEF fluid and antifreeze. Had a check engine light come on day before. Scott and his Dad got my code read, answered the PID, and had us back on the road, light off and back in business! Great people!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The customer service is by far the best I’ve experienced!! Not only did the owner lead me to the best priced item, he took the time to install my wipers too. What would have been a rather mundane trip to a parts store, was a wonderful experience! They have my business from this day forward!

Great service! Passing thru and needed a few tools to replace the windshield washer pump purchased from this store. The O'Brien's (owners) went out of their way to to make sure we had what we needed to get on our way. Windshield wash pump is a necessity on slushy/salty roads! Highly recommend this business and owners.
Phenomenal customer service! The owner Scott went above and beyond for my family. We experienced some car issues while driving through the area. Legit business run by truly great people that have been in the Solon Springs area for many years. You won’t find a more ethical and customer service-based group around. This is the only place for 50 miles to get anything you need relating to your tractor, truck or car. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Brand new store and facility. Very clean and organized. Owner Scott was very polite and helpful. Needed chrome caps for valve steams and they had in stock.
