The staff is exceptional, and I cannot express that strongly enough. I have visited on multiple occasions and consistently received excellent service. On the rare occasions when I ordered incorrect parts, the team was more than willing to assist me in obtaining the correct ones. Additionally, every phone call has been promptly answered, which sets them apart from many other shops. I highly recommend Wally’s Auto.
i would do zero stars but i have to leave one star,this true junk yard sells straight junk for parts,i bought a used motor ,was told verbally and on paper the motor was good ,ready to go.the front lady ally pushed and rushed me to get the money for the motor ,even calling me and mechanic and asking when i was going to pick it up,i bought the motor after being told it was good,and had a warranty for the motor .the engine block had a great crack and missing parts.after this i called them,ally the front desk was rude and snotty,asked for the “manager” and the “manager” picked up, claimed his name is bin-laden ,he was also not helpful,rude and swearing and then he hung up the phone.i would never recommend this place to anybody.
I remember coming in as young boy with my Dad. I learned alot about small business, friendship, hard work, and the art of trade and bargaining. I loved listening to the Men haggling back and forth and watching the greasy mechanic hustle around the yard. We almost always walked out with what we needed and for the price we could afford to get our cars back on the road. I witnessed some struggles when the original owner passed away but It is now better than ever, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I'm happy to see the organization, great customer service, fair prices, and availability. Ari does an amazing job and her dad would be proud! Thank you for always coming through for me in a time of need. I hope to bring my kids to Wally's Auto for many years to come. Highly recommend by a guy who fixes his own vehicles and junks quite a few.
I stopped in at Wally's to buy 2 tires. I went into the office and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful woman who told me she would call someone up for me.
She told me I could start looking at the tires on my own until someone came up to help me look for the tires I needed.
The man that came up to help me was friendly and helpful, he found me 2 tires that looked like they were new and give me a good price for them.
I can honestly say that I had a very pleasant experience at Wally's and they will get my business anytime I need something for my car.
Gave me a great deal on my totaled Impala, they really saved me and helped me out in my terrible situation, very respectful and great with communication, Very quick and easy process, thank you guys

Wally’s hauled scrap, equipment and large trucks for as part of cleaning up an estate. Were very helpful and timely in picking up loads. Would recommend them to help with your scrap metal needs.

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and called me a liar. 40 minute drive one way to find out the part was cracked when she insisted there were no cracks over the phone. Lesson learned, won't be going back.

This place is beyond amazing the owners her and her sister found tires for my car right away for my sonata not only that went above and even made phone calls to help us figure out who could put them on, offered food snacks water while waiting they made us feel like family and at home if you’re ever in the beaverdam area please please make sure this is your first stop for any used or like

Very pleased.. bought a pair of used $80 Tires ($160) in excellent condition for $50 a piece.. service quick.. would of gave them 5 stars if they mounted them.but they don't provide the service... But I'm happy
I called and purchased a seat from them. When I got there and the guy had brought it out to me. The seat was the wrong color. Which when I saw it online it looked gray not black. Also the condition of the seat was not "A" grade. The seat rails were very rusty. The guy stated that I will be charged a restocking fee if I did not want it which I did not agree with. He then went inside and told the manager and I heard them laughing about it. She came out and I told her to look at the pictures that I saw online on my phone but she did not want to look. Then I told her again I did not want to pay for the restocking fee. She started to get angry and saw the company jacket I was wearing and stated that she will call my manager since they do a lot of "business" with us. I was thrown back by that statement. She then went inside and said she looked at the pictures but told me honda names there black seats gray which could very well be my misunderstanding as well. But how does a business operate like this threatening a customers jobs over $30? Needless to say I paid the restocking fee which I would have been fine with if it was all a misunderstanding since I understand an employee would have had time pulling the part. If she didn't threaten my job this review would not be here. Please learn from this. People have families and are trying to live too.

You did threaten my job by saying "Would you like me to call your manager? " How is that not a threat? As you were walking in I stated "I'm sorry I ruined your day" not "oh did I ruin your day". Also I never once said you did not know what you were talking about. I was not being argumentative and was just stating the facts. Please let me know how I was being condescending because I did not feel like I was. Again learn from this and treat people with respect especially your customers.
Best place around. I've been doing business with Wallys since 2009 and every experience I've had is top notch. Prices can't be beat. They go above and beyond, and are so helpful. I'll always recommend Wallys Auto. They got a couple pretty gorgeous WORKING dogs too I always look forward to seeing.

If you ever need anything at all for your vehicle call Wally’s! We had a window that wouldn’t work everywhere else had to special order the part. Not Wally’s! They had it on hand and didn’t charge us extra for a special part like others had tried to do. Customer service here is astounding! I highly recommend Wally’s for all of your auto needs!!
Had an accident and the tow company used wasn't a good experience AT ALL, but when I called Wally's the staff was amazingly helpful and kind! They gave a wonderful and top dollar offer for my totalled car and worked with the unfair tow company really well for me. If you are ever in need of a tow or salvage company CALL THEM! They are the best around and after my accident I called plenty of places and they are simply the BEST! Would give over 5 stars after my experience! Thanks Wally's!

Ordered a Ford Fusion light housing. The person I talked to said they had a really good one for $265. When it showed up at my house all 3 mounting tabs were super glued on, and 1 broke off just by touching it. Total con job.
I've been doing business with Wallys auto salvage since 2008 never have I been treated poorly or overcharged. If anything I paid less than comparable local places. I would and have recommended Wallys for years. Everyone is so helpful and on the ball. I've bought tires, parts, and salvaged 2 vehicles so I've done my fair share of business there and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The girls behind the counter are A++++ in every aspect great customer service, treated me respectfully and had the items I needed ready to go. Not to mention the first car I scrapped Jon not only gave me a fair price but came to my apt. With a flatbed loaded it up wrote me a check and all I had to do was provide the title, talk about easy, he was wonderful to do business with. I'll continue to do business with them for years to come.
I was repairing car in my backyard, life interrupted and it got put on hold. It was hidden by pine trees on east side 100% blocked by branches N and S and garage to west. Mayville cops got bored and went walking into my yard and now I gotta get it outta there or the fines begin. Wow were they helpful at Wally's. The lady on the phone was very helpful and got the ball rolling ASAP. Police gave me 10 days. The Flat bed driver showed up right when they said and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a difficult pull from the place the car was in my backyard but it was done like it was an everyday thing. Bing bang boom done and gone in 15 minutes. Good job Wally's !
These guys are not very honest. I called and needed a fender for my car. They said they had one and sent me some pics. The pictures looked good so I said I would take it. I paid for it in advance and sent someone to pick it up. When I got it, it was the same fender in the pictures, but it had a large rust area. THEY ONLY TOOK PICTURES OF THE NICE SIDE AND DIDN'T BOTHER MENTIONING THE RUST! I was upset and wanted a refund immediately when I saw it. They said they wouldn't take it back! I WASTED MY MONEY TRUSTING THESE GUYS. THEY WILL EASILY TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND SCREW YOU OVER! They seem to not want to help or even care about satisfying their customers. WORST SALVAGE YARD IN THE AREA! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
WOW - I called Wally's and they traveled SAME DAY 25 miles away to pick up a non running 20 year old junk car and PAID ME to take it! Quick service, great customer service, friendly and fast. I will call them and recommend them to anyone!
