They had a set of wheels for sale posted. I have called several times and do not get a response. I have even talked to the office people several times and still no callback. Very unprofessional.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is the worst towing service I have ever experienced. They damaged my driveshaft while towing my vehicle and did not take responsibility for it. They are also very expensive for semi towing. Make sure you ask for the price before they tow your truck. I would not suggest taking your vehicle to their shop. Very unprofessional service.
Anyone needing a top notch towing service, Bills is the way to go! Kody was fast and super helpful. Dealt with these guys for a long time now and they are awsome. One call does it all with these guys.
First car accident . Made a rookie mistake and left the car at the mechanic longer than it needed to be, but It was nice of them to tow it back to my house free of charge , I really appreciate that. I know better next time haha

I was in a pinch and locked myself out of my car and they were so understanding and came straight to me and allowed me to get to work on time after I was dumb and left my keys in the car! My experience with Bill's towing has been an alright experience while dealing with the tow truck company after an accident. Ricky there explained a lot and worked with me the entire time I called to find out what was what with my car. The daily rate is common for the industry but for many abit costly at $90 a day but that's to be expected of a tow yard. Great people and great customer service. (Experiences my very)
Just awsome upstanding people the drivers very knowledgeable and fantastic they pushed a museum car I had dropped off by a transportation company got me stuck so i called bills and he send a truck over immediately at midnite at that! Pushed me inn from being stuck on ice rear wheel drive car 1 of 200 in wi very rare nice peace then sholk my hand and said I didn't do enough to charge you were all people n need assistance sometimes this service to u was on me very humble kind company hope windsor wi strictly uses bills you won't be disapointed!! Ty my new friends!!
Cody was a fantastic tow truck driver, and he got to us very quickly. The dispatcher, Hannah, was very friendly and she was very efficient. Additionally, they are the most affordable towing service in the area. Not to mention Schmidt's Auto and Prairie Land Towing's prices were twice what we ended up paying with Bill's! I will definitely be calling Hannah if I ever need a tow.
