The group of individuals that work the customer service are absolutely horrible. It's to send your title in after being in a car crash that your car was totalled. They are not helpful and the system doesn't update after adding the documents. It takes way to long, why can a person not drop the title off at the local American Family agent.
The group of individuals that work the customer service are absolutely horrible. Each and everyone of them. Very unprofessional and snotty. Sad this is what is allowed as acceptable behavior by grown adults in a business. Do better or find a job that suits your attitude
They are very, very helpful, and nice people. When my daughter needed to get something out of her totaled vehicle, they helped by charge the battery so she could get in the trunk.
