I needed a tow and a new battery. The employees at Parks Automotive are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! We trust them for all our vehicle needs!

Had to stop at Parks Automotive in the middle of a 6 hour road trip because of brake issues. When I explained the situation, they were able to look at my car right away. It was late in the day and the repairs were going to take at least 8 hours to complete, so they give me a ride to and from a local hotel and had me back on the road the very next day. Fair price, professional service, and made me feel very safe as a woman traveling alone!

Fast, efficient, and friendly service. We showed up near closing time, explained our problem, and were helped and sent on our way within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

We were having some engine issues on the interstate and stopped in to get the codes checked out. They were very friendly, helpful, and honest. They got us in the shop and back on the road right away!

Parks Automotive really came up clutch for me and my family this weekend. Car all packed up and just made it out of Madison for a long drive to the UP for the holiday weekend and our engine overheating light came on. Josh and team got us in on a moments notice, and although the news we got wasn't ideal, Josh talked us through realistic options and gave advice on the best path forward for what we decide to do in the future. Josh really came through and helped us feel informed and taken care of and ultimately we were close enough to town to swap vehicles and deal with the issue in the future. He even let my dogs hang out in the AC on a hot day while they looked the car over. Really appreciate it guys!

Parks is hands down one of the best auto repair places in the area. Josh, Larry, Dave and Jeffrey and Company Do a great job. I’ve tried other shops that couldn’t complete the repair properly way even after multiple times of trying and I took it to Parks and they were able to get it done the first time. They’re also very honest I’ve had times when they quoted me a price to get something done and then when I went to pay, they told me that it came in under what they quoted me and then charged me less. Definitely a great group of guys and a great company and I can’t say enough good about them

I was traveling through town and had car issues. They were able to get it fixed by the next day. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Always friendly and honest. They never try to pressure you into getting something you don’t need. Customer service is great!

Had a small crash this past winter storm due to some ice on the roads. I’d be in some serious trouble had it not been for these folks. Dave kept me updated thru out the entire repair of my car. Got to meet Josh, as well. Respectful, sincere people. Windsor PD recommended these guys as well. If you need a trustworthy, efficient repair facility, Parks Auto is the way to go.

Awesome service, cares about the customers. Josh is a professional and cares about people. Had work done and he not only gave a great deal, he made it clear he cares about you not breaking the bank, and making informed decisions. A trusted mechanic is hard to come by, and Parks Autos fit the bill!

Top notch customer service! I tried replacing my windshield wipers myself and one got stuck so I called up Parks Automotive asking if they would be able to help and they said "Sure, come on"! Drove there and the wonderful staff fixed it immediately!! Quality service!!!

While on a trip to a nice fishing weekend in Neshkoro are car started running bad on interstate just as we came in to Defrost. We hit the exit and drove to the nearest auto repair shop to try to solve the problem the guys in the shop was willing to order parts and watch me try to fix it myself. Once I had exhausted my ability with tools I had even being 5 minutes to close the boys says bring it in the back. After a quick check we found the engine had dropped a valve and was done for. They was nice , super friendly, helpful and helped us find a car lot to trade our car off . Great place with amazing customer service.

First time and last! Had a parking brake light on. After an hour and a half they called me and said they didn't know what was wrong, and told me I would havd to take it to a different shop. When I went to pick up the car, they charged me $241.00. very shady way to do business. You always hear about auto shops ripping off customers, here is a perfect example.

Men in parks always do good work and are very courteous. I feel like I can leave valuables in my car and they will not disturb them while they work on my car. Very trustworthy. Good price too

I've been coming to Parks for my regular vehicle maintenance for years and they always do a great job. This last time I was there I'd asked them about a noise I was concerned about. Not only did they diagnose the problem but they referred me to the dealer to get it fixed FOR FREE. Turns out there was a recall on the part. You can't beat the small town honesty and helpfulness of these guys.

The best auto repair shop ever!!! I hit a blown tire on the highway and they immediately assessed the damages and gave me a quick temporary fix to get on my way at a very inexpensive cost! They are honest and trustworthy! The mechanics were pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend this repair shop!

Our car's temperature light went on as we were nearing the DeForest exit (heading toward Milwaukee from up north). I pulled into a local gas station and found that my radiator was completely empty. Three different residents in the parking lot said to go to Parks (a mile down the road). I filled the radiator with water and drove to Parks where I was greeted by Pete. Despite being very busy in the garage, they took my car into the bay and within a short time informed me that the hoses and radiator were in good shape, but the cap was probably the issue. Less than an hour later we were driving off with new coolant, new hose clamps and cap, and a bill much lower than I expected. Parks has great service and reputable employees. It would have been so easy for them to convince me that I needed a new radiator. Very impressive.

Had all of my oil leak out of the motor Didn’t know what happened They towed my car to their shop and found the problem and had it fixed in only a matter of hours, even though they were rather busy. I appreciated that they got me in and fixed me up, knowing that I would otherwise have had no way to get back home! And they did it for a very reasonable price! Thank you!

Outstanding service and support they have ALWAYS done an amazing job on all my vehicles, they explain everything. Very knowledgeable people. I have been going to Parks for over 10 years and have NEVER had and issue or problem. I trust them way more than a dealership.

AMAZING! Took it to Honda first, they couldn't figure it out in 6 days. This place was so fast, so professional, so smart. They took our car in, had it fixed within 24 hours and it needed some trial and error to fix. Only charged us for the actual problem, got updates throughout the whole process. Any car problems for us in the future, definitely will be here!

I will recommend any of my friends or family to this business! They have a really great team of people that will take care of you like no other shop! Had a bad situation with my car and they helped me as best as they could, I can not complain! My brains all over the place trying to fix it but, I think his name is Josh! Jim GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Best technician or boss to have around shop, very respectful and honest he knows what’s going on 100%! This shop works on everything so don’t be afraid to bring in your Classic or whatever you have! THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! My father has a 1966 C10 Chevy and this is the only shop he let’s touch it! I am a former automotive technician with high standards for workmanship and quality customer care. Parks is the ONLY place I recommend people take their vehicles that are no longer covered by factory warranty. I have had multiple (although few) experiences with Parks as a customer over the last decade. I called yesterday and was able to schedule a waiting alignment appointment on recently purchased truck for an appointment within 24 hours of my initial call. Josh was great on the phone fielding my concerns and getting me on the schedule. Dave was working the desk when I arrived and I was treated like an old friend that was just in yesterday. The tech team was able to perform the Alignment service and rotate my tires and have me out the door in 1hr (on the button) from check in to check out and my truck drives like a completely different vehicle. I was extremely pleased to see the bill lower than I anticipated by about $25. I watched Dave and Josh bring out multiple damaged components and walk those customers through the repair and diagnostic process in plain English, and they made sure the customers understood their findings and reasons for replacement. I can't say enough good things about Parks Automotive and their awesome staff! HIGHLY recommend!

Parks has done work on both of my cars over the last few years. They have ALWAYS been honest and only fix what they need to. Their prices are reasonable and they always get things done quickly. Lucky to have such a reliable shop nearby! Thank you!!

I've been taking my vehicles to Parks for nearly 30 years. They've done everything for me from brake jobs to full engine and transmission replacements. In all the years I've done business with them, they've always been extremely honest and competent. They are up-front when a repair is not worth doing and they have always impressed me with very reasonable prices for their work and for parts. DeForest is very fortunate to have a trustworthy, consistent and long-established auto repair shop in town. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else.

My car broke down many hours from home on the 4th of July weekend. They were able to get the repairs done really quickly, and since we just left the car there they did all communication and payment over the phone. I was really impressed at how accommodating they were and that the work was done quickly at a reasonable price.

THANK YOU Parks Automotive!!!! We were on our way up North for holiday weekend. Four adults, two kids, the dog and our camper. You guys came highly recommended by locals and they were spot on. They fit us in their schedule on Friday afternoon. Very professional, upfront with what was wrong, quick work, and fairly priced. This is the place to go. Thank you again.

For years I have struggled to find a shop that is reasonable with prices, eager to help & provide good customer service. Josh is always friendly & gets me scheduled right away. Calvin has been beyond amazing in helping me with various car issues & questions. I will no longer have to go shop to shop or dealer to dealer wondering if I can trust who’s working on my car or if they’ll shoot me straight. I am so happy I have found a place to bring both of my vehicles! I strongly recommend them! :)
