I recently had to leave my vehicle there cause it was acting up as I drove to Wisconsin from chicago and me and my brother told the shop to give us a quote on a new wheel bearing since my rear wheel hub bearing was damaged from an accident and I had replaced my front end suspension weeks prior so I asked who im assuming was the owner or person in charge to look at my car and tell what it could be and verify if it was my wheel bearing or if it was something else and also to give me a price on towing just to see if it was cheeper for me to tow it or to just replace the bearing if it was my bearing and I'll work on my car myself and long story short he replaced it without my approval and up charged me almost double the amount from the price i was originally told without telling me anything beforehand and when I confronted the owner about it after waiting for him for nearly an hour and him dodging my calls and text but answered as soon as i called him from a different phone and then continued to lie to me when i confronted him about it and was also extremely unprofessional and threatened me and my girlfriend and I ended up having to pay them $500 for a job that was supposed to be $300 to $400 which is what he originally quoted me by the way because I had no choice and I live in another state and I wasn't gonna go back out there a 2nd time cause of the drive and distance but AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND SCAM YOU
lert. Horrible experience. We stopped to there shop with air cooler hose disconnected. This is 20 min job to install it. Charge was 1.5 hour labor (225.00) and part is around $50.00, they charged $147.00. Total bill was $424.62
Total scam. Avoid at all cost.

My driver called and spoke with the Owner, he quoted $50 plus the cost of fluid to bring it to the truck. Once they were there the bill was $228.22. The guy who brought the fluid charged $125 to deliver the fluids. This was a total rip off. I could of gotten ins-ta-cart or some other delivery service to deliver for way less than that. Beware of this company they do not honor what they quote over the phone.
I needed what I thought was one wheel bearing and after Danny diagnosed my car, I ended up needing 3 wheel bearings! They fixed my car and it's nice & quiet!! Very happy with their work and professionalism. They saved me about $300!! Highly recommend this business!
Obviously car broke down. Called and they weren’t able to get until next morning. A little nervous because I lived over an hour away but I gave it a shot. Glad I did, very communicative sending pictures of the repairs keeping me updated as the repair was going on and most importantly kept his word and got my vehicle fixed on time. I could tell he was busy but still made time to get it done. Thank you so much.
He only had one person in the shop he dropped everything picked me up off the interstate when AAA wouldn't pick me up. Towed my car to his shop and repaired it in almost no time! He dropped everything to fix my car I was just driving through from Tennessee to Minnesota and I don't know what would have happened if he didn't pick up my vehicle. Not to mention he did the work for a extremely decent price
Took my car there cuz it was acting up on the way to Madison... They had it a week and still couldn't figure out why my vehicle acted up., prices are fair considering being next to interstate... Was only charged for a diagnostic test and 1 hr of labor.. to top off some fluids ..

I was looking at a camper he had for sale.
He told me another person was ahead of me in line to view the camper.
But If I was willing to pay an extra 500 bucks he would move me to the front of the line and tell the other guy it was sold..

Fast tow after hitting a freshly-blown tractor trailer tire and having my van stall on the highway. Most-importantly, repair was much more simple than expected - owner was honest and upfront that no serious undercarriage damage was found and vehicle was fully repaired in a couple of hours post-tow. Many mechanics would have used the situation to solicit more money as we both had expected much worse, but their honestly and professionalism was first. If I could rate this business higher I would. Thanks for the save!
Pleasant Spring Auto was very responsive and very helpful. They towed my car and helped me find a good mechanic. They even offered to give us a ride to our hotel. We couldn't be more happier.

Late in the evening, I called this business from Minnesota to get help for my son whose car broke down in Abion, WI. Even though a tow truck was not available at that hour, the rep (I believe his name was Dan), connected me with a tow truck to get my son off the highway. Dan did not even know if the vehicle would be fixed at his shop, but he still helped, and I appreciate him making the extra effort to help me and my son. My overall impression is this is a shop with integrity.

On a road trip across the country, and with 2hrs to go my car broke down at a gas station pump. A pleasant springs employee saw I was in need of help and ended up diagnosing and fixing my problem. 10/10 would recconebd to anyone in the area.
7:30pm on a Sunday and Dan, the owner, took my call after my check engine light popped on. He suggested I stop by an auto parts store to get the code checked since they didn’t have anyone available then but would be able to get it in the shop at 7am the next day. I texted him the code and he confirmed that it shouldn’t be a problem to get home (another five hours of driving). Super helpful and responsive. I would definitely trust these guys and make them my primary auto repair shop if I lived in the area. Thanks again!
Our car was undrivable on a Saturday night around 5pm. He came over to gas station we were at, got our car limping to get to his shop and got us fixed and headed home on our 4 hour drive again in about an hour and a half. Easiest roadside breakdown we've ever dealt with. He was helpful and up front and even noticed my break pads no longer had any pads... highly recommend. Very grateful for the service.
The young man who owns this business is terrific.My truck broke down like 3 miles away from his shop,I called him & he was quick to come tow it from the road side, stopped whatever he was doing & fixed my truck hub bearing real quick & I was back on the road . He understood I was from out of state, Atlanta ,ga & had a long way to travel.I’d always recommend him, his prices are reasonable & above all I liked his good altitude unlike many wrecker companies out there.
Dan was extraordinarily helpful. He went out of his way to help us with a tire issue when most other mechanics and shops would have closed for the evening.
The owner helped my family on the way to Chicago. Came over after hours to plug a tire after we found our spare had fallen off the van at some point. Excellent service and highly recommended.
Great service, fast repair, and fair prices. Definitely someone to call in a car emergency. My car broken down so I called Pleasant Springs and they were there in less than 15 minutes. Even though it was after hours, they fixed it and in under an hour too. I would definitely recommend this business!
My car was parked outside for 4 days in below zero temps. Of course when I went out to start it, it had other plans. I called around for a jumpstart. The first 2 companies were a 2 hour wait and quoted me $55.00 plus tax. I called Pleasant Springs, they were there in 25 minutes and it was half the price. I wasn't even late for work.
