They are short on loader operators and as a result they can only offer so many pick up appointments per day. This becomes a problem when they only offer 3 days of free storage and charge over the weekend when they aren't even open. I was very polite when I emailed the manager to address this concern the response was basically "tough luck pick from one of our very limited spots or pay the absurdly high storage fees." I'll delete this review when my account is refunded that $50 or when the replacement manager emails me an apology for being short staffed and charging me storage as a result
I gave a car to a charity and Copart handled it. They were polite, considerate, and thorough. When I dropped off the title, I asked them to check my old car for my MIL's cane in the front seat, which had been left in the car when it was towed to Copart. No grousing, no problem, a guy brought the cane to the office for me. Done and done. Thanks Copart!
The group of individuals that work the customer service are absolutely horrible. It's to send your title in after being in a car crash that your car was totalled. They are not helpful and the system doesn't update after adding the documents. It takes way to long, why can a person not drop the title off at the local American Family agent.
The group of individuals that work the customer service are absolutely horrible. Each and everyone of them. Very unprofessional and snotty. Sad this is what is allowed as acceptable behavior by grown adults in a business. Do better or find a job that suits your attitude
They are very, very helpful, and nice people. When my daughter needed to get something out of her totaled vehicle, they helped by charge the battery so she could get in the trunk.
