This company ruins people’s days and drains their wallets. Cash only, no understanding, no decency.
Amazing customer service, outstanding prices and kindness. I was impressed with the responsiveness of the woman who answered the phone and promptness of Ben. WOW! I highly recommend 10 out of 10!
Towed my vehicle from my apartment complex even though I had the correct permit and registration. They claimed it was not registered, which it was. I offered cash if they brought it back, which they did do. Then the man proceeded to text me later on asking me out…
Completely unprofessional. Told me I can go get cash to pay them to drop my car since they already hooked it up. Got the cash and they left and towed my car before I got back. Whoever the owner is does not care about anybody except money. The employees are very unprofessional. I don't know how this place is still in business. Terrible people.

Edited to add since I can't reply; Yes we were parked legally. Lived here for three years, had a temporary pass on a borrowed car. Let the people who were hooked up know the parking pass had fallen (due to being ripped) and offered to show it to them, they didn't want anything but $195 cash to unhook the vehicle. Gave us 15 minutes to go get the money from an atm then left before that time was up, literally as we were pulling back into the lot.
In certain locations in Madison, as far as South Park St. Prairie Land will impound your vehicle at their location in Sun Prairie for $350, charging extra for mileage and use of a "special" device to tow your car? The towing company shouldn't damage cars being towed in the first place. Shady

A worker named Mariah made me feel so uncomfortable... swore at me.. & told me that THIS towing company has no corporate.... lied & was extremely unprofessional just to not get in trouble. If she is not fired I will post the recording everywhere until she is. Who swears & gets angry with their clients?
They towed my vehicle that had a permit good through July 2020 from my apartment complex. When I told them that I had a valid permit, they acknowledged it was there and valid through that date, but they claimed there is a newer version I need to have.
I have absolutely NO knowledge of a new version. They have illegally towed my vehicle and they are asking me to pay money.

They blocked the exit of a parking ramp. Swore at people complaining. At end they just drove car away. Didn’t even tow away. Woman on phone said she didn’t care.
Awful and disgraceful. They work with the City of madison to steal and ransom people's vehicles that have been parked "illegally". When people can't t afford their astronomically high rates to get their vehicles back, they and auctioned off for profit.
They are the main beneficiary of recent laws passed allowing them to patrol lots of their contractors and pick off cars with out permits- regardless of complaint and are under no obligation to contact the owner.
This company is part of a larger systemic assault on poor and disadvantaged people.
Please do not support this ruthless gouging.
In my instance, my parking permit was stolen from my vehicle, without my knowledge ( drop top jeep) Even though it was registered with my apartment management company, they still towed my vehicle and didn't contact me or the local police.
I thought my car was stolen, as the last time I saw it it was in its rightful spot. Their companies policies and lack or basic human compassion lead me to owing them almost 300 dollars, because of a mistake.
I will never support this type of extortion.
