Had a flat on the interstate and had everything in my car to change it except for a jack, I called Bills Towing and they were able to help me change out the tire in no time, great service and a nice guy.

I had an unexpected situation where my car ended up in a ditch, and out of nowhere, a tow truck driver stopped to help me. The very first thing he did was check on my well-being, making sure I was okay before anything else. That level of care meant so much.
He was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Throughout the process, he spoke gently and kindly explained everything, even pointing out that snow was packed inside my tires and might cause some wobbling until I reach the highway—where it would clear at higher speeds.
It’s rare to find someone so generous and helpful these days. Before leaving, I gave him a hug out of sheer gratitude. And even after I drove away, they sent me a text to make sure I made it home safely.
If you ever need towing assistance or automotive repair, I highly recommend this driver for their honesty, compassion, and outstanding service. Truly a lifesaver!
My uncle’s minivan slid off our driveway after an ice and snowstorm. Even though it was New Years Day, Bill’s had a truck at our house in the morning to pull him out of the ditch and get him on his way. Bill’s saved the day and our holiday. We are grateful. Thank you!
Worst Towing company in Wisconsin they are out to get your money and all provide is basic help. Kept my car in their garage knowing fully well they can’t fix it and charging me $80+ daily I don’t recommend. they are out to make all the money they can’t make in the summer and fall time on innocent customers. My car broke down on I-90 in Lodi Wisconsin. Bills towing team was AMAZING. They did above and beyond work for me. After failed attempts of fixing my vehicle on my own in a parking lot I was very defeated. It was snowing, very cold, and I lost hope in getting my car fixed. I called Bills to help me out. They were prompt to pick me and my car up. They made getting back on the road smooth and fast! Everyone at Bills made my experience amazing. The tow truck driver, the technicians, the very nice front desk women are all great at what they do. They all made me feel safe and cared for!

Got service through Verizon - he was 30 minutes earlier than expected and then, when it turned out I needed a tow instead of a jump, he helped me get that service ASAP through Verizon again and completed what would’ve been a 3 hour process in under 45. Outstanding
Had to have my Honda towed to 20 miles to dealership. Driver, didn’t catch hie name, was super patient and careful to not scratch or damage the car. He had to wait 20 minutes for me to return home with manual key to unlock car and put into neutral. Thank you Bill’s!

I got a flat tire on side of the interstate, and after calling numerous places, just for them to make you feel like your a bother to them, I called here and they were absolutely amazing!! Did not have to wait long at all, and even though my spare was flat, he followed me to the gas station and made sure he was able to put air in it before sending me on my way! Amazing service and compassion!!! I would rate this 10 stars if there were more than 5!!! Thank you again for your help!
Bill's Service expertly delivered a Gazebo kit that we had ordered from Pennsylvania. They took the package off of an 18 Wheeler, took it up our driveway and gently placed it on the designated spot. 4+

We needed help offloading a 10k lb fork lift that was shipped in a crate. Setting it up was easy and straight forwarded. The driver arrived on time and was quick! I was impressed with how he handled it and how fast everything was. Thank you very much!
Our daughter had a fender bender accident during afternoon rush hour traffic in Madison, her car needed (what we thought) was mechanical repair. We called Bills Towing to have her car towed, driver Ron was there within minutes, brought her and the car to a Middleton gas station, an area easier for me to pick her up, and he delivered the car to their repair facility in Lodi. There were many repairs ahead of hers, however, they squeezed her in the next morning. Their excellent mechanic(s) soon discovered major damage in the frame of the car and advised our insurance company should be informed for next steps. Her Ford Escape was totaled, now what do we do? Bill's Towing also sells Used Cars; Bill advised us he just acquired a 2018 Ford Escape a few days ago. Our daughter test drove the Escape and within a couple days, she had herself a new (used) car!
Towing, repairs, a car totaled out, purchasing a new (used) car, this was a one-stop shop!
We are very grateful to Bills Towing & Auto Repair (and their staff) for prompt service and saving us a lot of time shopping around for a good used car. Our daughter is very fond of her new car!

A few weeks back I was towing my travel trailer north on I-39 for a long awaited vacation. North of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, a warning message came on my dash: No Oil Pressure - Shut off Engine Immediately! What do I do? Of course, call Bill's Towing and Auto Repair.
I talked to the dispatcher, Leah, who was compassionate and caring. She put me at ease and said that she would get me help immediately. She kept me informed of the tow driver's progress and in what seemed like no time the tow truck driver arrived.
Charlie quickly and safely evaluated my situation and secured my truck and travel trailer on and behind the tow truck, taking care not to harm the vehicles. Again, in no time, we were on our way back to Bill's main office and shop in Lodi, WI.
My truck was quickly repaired by the technicians at Bill's Towing & Auto Repair.
Although my vacation plans were cancelled, I had a fantastic experience with all the personnel from Bill's Towing & Auto Repair.
They are professional, caring, compassionate and kind. They got the work done and done right. I will not hesitate to use ANY of their services again!
We called Bill's Towing & Auto Repair on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about getting our child's car towed. While driving south on the interstate from Portage to Windsor on Saturday night, a tire had blown out on their car. I spoke with Lexi about our options and she provided me with lots of great information and superb customer service. I recommend this business whole-heartedly.
I had a flat tire and thought I'd be able to change it myself. I couldn't get the spare to drop from underneath the vehicle, so called Bill's.

We had quite the dilema when the forestry mulcher slid diwnhill on soft ground and stuck between 2 trees next to a 20 foot ravine not to mention deep in the woods! Bill and his 3 sons came and in 2 hours recovered the machune safely and no damage to the machine. These fokks are awesome at what they do.
Everyone including the office staff are extremely friendly as well.

Great service and very professional. After being left stranded on the side of I90 after nearly losing my rear duals on my service truck, I called Bill's towing and Tracy was on the ball! Got everything around and set up for me between sending out a rollback, getting my truck right in for repairs, and even recommended a hotel for me to stay in while repairs are being done. Highly recommend
We broke down in our RV on a Sunday on I90/94. We were very lucky we found Bills to come and get us! They came and got us as soon as they could. They towed us back to their shop and let us plug up our RV so my husband could stay in it while me, my Mom, my daughter, niece and a dog had to stay in the hotel across the street. They had us fixed and repaired by lunch the next day. We were fortunate that it was an ac pump that busted and shredded our serpentine belt. Very lucky once again to have found Bills!!!
